1 starShe booked me into and I was charged for a hotel that refused my reservation when I arrived there because they don't accept cats. Even with an official Doctors letter, I was refused lodging. Now I can not find a way to get a refund, which is only right as this was not my fault at all. Not a good experience to arrive at a hotel and after paying for the room, being refused lodging. I am 64yo, have a mental health disability, and was put into a huge panic mode. I had nowhere to stay, was left knowing I could not physically continue to drive for 5 more hours to my destination and feared having to stay in my car.Review fromBob H

5 starsChristiana did amazing. She was able to get us a room. Due to the competition between boomers, we weren't fast enough to get the double we were looking for. The card was too slow processing because of security checks taking too long. Again Christiana was fantastic.HotelPlanner.com
