      I googled a hotel online and called what I thought was the hotel I was reserving which was actually through hotelplanner.com through a phone number that pretended to be ************* reservations. They told me that I could use my Wyndham points when I arrived at the hotel and proceeded to charge my over $100 more than the per night charge. The person I made the reservation with lied to me about being able to use my points. I ended up being charged by both hotelplanner.com and by the hotel. I called 8 different people with ******* before I finally talked to the manager at the hotel I stayed in and he figured out what happened. The manager did refund my what the hotel charged.
