1 starOh my gosh. The worst, stinkiest, place ever! I booked over the phone while I was driving on the interstate. Im paying $175 plus! My feet are filthy from walking around in this room. I wish I couldve pulled off of the interstate and read the reviews before I checked in here. There is no way ****** should put their name behind this horrible place.Review fromRussell W

1 starI was told that I could cancel my reservation for three nights up to the day of arrival. Dont believe this. It is a LIE. I am not able to cancel even three weeks out from my arrival. Always, I repeat, always contact the hotel directly. I was completely deceived by there website which looked like I was dealing directly to the motel chain.Review fromGreg B

1 starI was told I would receive a refund 3 weeks ago. And haven't received it yet. I just spoke with customer service and they told me they were still working on the problem. Well the problem was I was told I would receive partial refund on my reservation and I said it was unacceptable. Because I woke up with BUGS in my bed. And checked out of the hotel immediately. Sent them the new reservation # after my check out from the new hotel. And they are trying to tell me I spent the night at the hotel that had BUGS. I SPOKE WITH THE ***** MANGER AND WAS TOLD HAD I MADE THE RESERVATION DIRECTLY THRU MARRIOTT I WOULD HAVE RECEIVED A FULL REFUND. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They are only trying to MAKE MONEY AND DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CONSUMER. I WISH I COULD HAVE GAVE THE RATING A 0.Review fromMyrna C
