1 starI was deceived into believing I was dealing directly with ***, the owner of the hotel. I figured it out the next day and cancelled the reservation. I got a much better deal directly with *** once I figured it out. I will probably end up with a credit card dispute for one night, but I will be persistent because these folks SUCK!Review fromDeborah C
