1 starTransferred me without answering question. Was guaranteed a connecting room when i made reservation. Called **** to confirm. He does not know what a connecting room is. He transferred me to a line requiring reservation number which I didnt have with me so i had to hang up. Not happy. If my rooms dont connect i need to make other arrangements. 1 starHe doesn't even know that his customer service number is automated. He said I would speak to a live agent. I needed help to rebook a stay and he was unhelpful. You should know everything 100%HotelPlanner.com
