1 starI booked a reservation through Hotel Planner for Aug 8th & 9th and when I arrived at the hotel (***********************) I had no room. I contacted Hotel Planner help line and got them in touch with the hotel.After about 45 min. and no solution in sight I booked at the hotel front desk. I have now paid twice for my room and Hotel Planner is no help resolving this situation.HotelPlanner.com

1 starAccidently booked a room in the wrong city and realized it 5 min later. Called and the room was nonrefundable. What a joke of a company. Also the room was listed for $107 and after tax and "fees" it was $181. The customer service was in non US and it was terribleHotelPlanner.com
