5 starsCarolyn could not have given me better service. so caring and helpful, She explained my options and I understood them thoroughly. She was friendly and never rushed me to make a sale. She went above and beyond to help us. My brother and I are both Senior Citizens. I am a Hilton’s rewards customer which you do not have. Still we were royally treated in acquiring our accommodations. If you have not given her a raise you should. Quality Inn Carolyn represented you well. I know because of her we will use this hotel in the future. Thank You Sincerely, ******HotelPlanner.com

1 starMy confirmation # H8215754 my reservation was canceled last minute by the hotel and caused me a big inconvenience I was forced to use alternative accommodations for my stay, I really don't understand how our room was canceled last minute and we where forced to scramble last minute day before our trip to contact several different people to new accommodations. I have spoken to several people who own timeshare they stated that when the stay is booked and paid for it should never have been overbooked due to the fact that time slot is no longer available. I will never ever use or recommend hotel planner it was truly the worst experience ever , I can't understand why didn't hotel planner notify us about surely they knew way before we did and they should of been proactive in finding us a new stay asap ,like I stated very poor customer service!!HotelPlanner.com
