3 starsDidnt appreciate the up sell made to seem like it was something I had to have. Canceled the reservation with you and saved money by calling in again and working with a different agent. Not everyone has unlimited funds!!HotelPlanner.com

1 starDo NOT book with them online for any hotel. There are no refunds. Worst customer service and follow through. They charged me 120% more than the advertised hotel room cost. Plus a private insurance coverage I didn't agree to purchase. I cancelled everything. Sent me a voucher as a refund. Couldn't tell me if there would be an additional charge if I used the voucher that all ready was 120% higher for the room reservation...like for their service to book your room....eyeroll. BEWARE OVERCHARGE of their room booking service.HotelPlanner.com
