1 star************* is a clever Scam. We assumed we were dealing directly with Best Western when making a reservation and then discovered that we had been charged double the proper rate when contacting the hotel directly to cancel. Hotel Planner then refused to refund the fee. Hotel Planner is a very sharp ***** and has all the angles covered. Slick looking website and an equally slick cancellation policy that covers all bases and makes cancellation almost impossible.Review fromTim R

1 starWe needed special accommodations and was specific about our needs. We confirmed twice that we needed a handicap room and that a King bed would be preferred. When we arrived we received regular accommodations not handicap. We were more than disappointed at the service received.

5 stars******** was very professional and answered my questions. I was concerned about the possibility of bad weather for my reservations and if I could not make it to R I. He assured me that the Insurance protection would cover it. That makes me happy as we cant control the weather.HotelPlanner.com

1 starWill not refund! Due to hurricane ******* I booked the hotel. In ******* NC for 1 night $211.00 I made it to the hotel Best Western. NO POWER! Anywhere, no stop lights, nothing ********* turned me away. I called and cancelled the room right then SEPTEMBER 28th. I was told REFUND 3 to 7 days. Then 7 to 10. This is the 11th day, still NO REFUND! This was the 1st tiny vacation I was able to afford in 5 yrs! All I get is the run around, with the same genetic email! I have been totally scammed by the so called business! Which $211 was expensive, the manager of Best Western said the nighty rate would have been less than $100 booking straight through Best Western, which I thought I was! This SCAMMERS took over the booking will out my knowledge! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS PLACE! SCAMMERS!HotelPlanner.com
