5 stars***** did a fabulous job helping us try to find a place so we can go to the Sebring race. He did find us a place its gonna take us about an hour to get there but its fabulous that we at least found an accommodation. Thats not a long, long ride. He really worked hard hard to get us something as close as he could. Amazing everything was sold out in the area, but he took care of it and at least got us 45 miles away, which is better than coming from our home 175 miles away, he was awesome. Very patient very caring.HotelPlanner.com

1 starI thought I was calling the Best Western *****, ********* Planner never identified themselves as a 3rd party. Told by ****** the total was $****** for 1 night. Arriving at the hotel I was told, with a senior citizen discount, total would have been $125.00. I contacted Hotel Planner,spoke with ********* & said they are a ******** wasn't told this was a 3rd party & demanded a refund. Was told I would receive a refund - "she understood." Put me on hold & was disconnected. Called back & spoke to ******* & was told I would receive a refund. was disconnected again. Called back & spoke with **** who sounded sincere & said he saw the ********* would get a full refund of &******.. I apologized for being angry & he told me in this circumstance if it was him, he would be much angrier. I understood the cancellation policy, however to boldly LIE that this wasn't the actual hotel I thought I was calling, I see it is a scam & feel that the charge over & above what the hotel would charge when I unknowingly had a 3rd party making arrangements is absurd. I received an email from you stating the Best Western would not agree to a refund. That's ridiculous & I should receive a full refund for your deceit! ***** *******HotelPlanner.com

5 starsAeriayanna was exceptional in helping us find a room for our son and his wife on their way home after their wedding. They were exhausted after driving for hours around the flood damage to the North Carolina interstates. She is what customer service is supposed to be!HotelPlanner.com
