5 starsTeione my customer representative that assisted me with booking my hotel rooms was very informative, patient and knowledgeable. She provided me with the best price for the rooms I requested. Teione was pleasant and took the time to explain everything to me. She was awesome.

1 starI was told I could cancel my room prior to 24hrs of arrival and I was still charged $51.12 for the room that I didnt stay in. This is very frustrating. I called and spoke to someone during cancellation. They stated that I would be getting a refund which was $51.12 short of what I was charged.HotelPlanner.com
