1 starIm sorry, but my issue was not resolved. I was given the same type of number that I had called One requesting me to push #2 if I needed to check on a reservation when I push that number #2 you told me that it does not handle that type of call. I caught another number which told me they were giving me the front desk. I never spoke with the human at the front desk. The phonehung up.. My issue is not resolved. I still do not know The status of my confirmation. The telephone system needs to be reviewed and correctedHotelPlanner.com

1 starI booked a two night stay with them at a motel for work. They charged me ***************************************************************************** when we got there. Then a snow storm came and we had to leave a night early to beat the weather. I was charged for the second night even though they had a refund protection plan that was part of the extra charges I paid.Very predatory charges. I could have just checked in on the first night checked out the second night and saved myself $135 without using them.I would not be complaining if the refund policy I paid for would have worked and at least credited me the $75 back for the second night.HotelPlanner.com

3 starsFriendly and helpful. I only wish she would have disclosed verbally that I was paying additional $66 for cancelation insurance that was not mandatory and was refundable to a point in time. I didnt find out until I opened email confirmation and missed the deadline by 1 day. Other than tgat friendly and knowledgeable to get lodging secured.HotelPlanner.com
