1 star1 nite Stay on 2/22/25; Confirmation #H10347801. I would not recommend booking through this company! In fact, I didn't know that I wasn't speaking directly with a Comfort Suites booking agent. They are using deceptive business practices. Also, I paid extra for insurance. My stay was anything but comfortable and the hotel manager said I need to contact Hotel Planner for any refund (and that they would in turn contact the hotel). This is false, they don't care since they have the money! They offered me a $40 room credit on a stay booked again through them. (what??) ***** *.Review fromJan B

5 starsCarlos/Charlie was AMAZING! I called to check on my room for March 5th and there was nothing! Charlie was very patient and he got me all set up with the correct room at the Inn at Virginia Mason in Seattle. Thank you Charlie!!!HotelPlanner.com

1 star************* uses scam website addresses with specific hotel names to make you think you are booking through the hotel itself. I did not realize this until I noticed I has booked the wrong travel date. I IMMEDIATELY tried to stop the transaction, but it was too late. I immediately reached out via email to see if I could simply change my booking date to the correct date. They advised me that it would require me to cancel the reservation, and that I would need to understand that the rate may change. I confirmed my understanding and asked to cancel the reservation. They then told me that they has reached out to the hotel and that they denied the cancellation. I never even received a confirmation email for the reservation, but I received a receipt that evening for the hotel stay I did not go to. They also automatically added a refund protection, which I DID receive a confirmation. However, I did not meet one of the qualifying reasons for cancellation, and that request was denied. BUYER BEWARE!!HotelPlanner.com
