1 starI was very rudely hung up on **** told me the rooms I wanted was $200 a night. I questioned that and said ****** says they are about $98 I just couldnt get through online to book it. Then she gave me a price of $150 ish. And I again said its supposed to be about $98. She then responds I would never make you stay and hung up on me. I wasnt argumentative but I feel like she was trying to get way more money. Instead of what ****** advertised. I waited till later that evening and made arrangements to stay on the website thru ********* and got the ****** price and ended up staying all week. I have continued to use this sight online. I just wont call to make reservations from now on. I was just so shocked she hung up on me for no reason. I have probably booked 25 nights at different hotels in the past 3 months and will continue to use them online only. About 20 mins after I was hung up on I got a request from **** to do this survey.HotelPlanner.com

1 starI spent a night there Monday night for $136. I tried to book a room for tonight (3 nights later) and this *** wanted to charge me $202. He said too bad and wanted to get off the phone. Monday nights experience was so good I was cutting over from 1-5 to hey 99 just to go to this hotel. Too bad I won't stay at a *********** and suites ever again and I am a Hilton honors member.Review fromPaula M
