1 starThis is a **** *** ***. The phone representative PRETENDED to be the property at which I needed to make a reservation in order have a medical procedure early the next morning. My provider needed to re-schedule the procedure, and I needed to change the reservation date-I was told I had a itinerary # sent to me by e mail, which has disappeared, if it was ever actually there. I actually spoke to the front desk of the Center at which I thought I had the phone reservation, only to learn they cannot cancel, or adjust BECAUSE THE RESERVATION WAS MADE THRU A THIRD PARTY!Evidently, this is a common occurrence: be certain to whom you are speaking.

5 stars****** was an amazing employee. Very professional and efficient. Your online reservation system however is atrocious. The most un user friendly system I have dealt with and I am a frequent traveler both nationally and internationally. I planned a week long extension of travel after a Rhine River Cruise without any help from ****** , including car rental in *********** and hotels in *****, *******, *********** and ************************* and ******* .all without a hitch but it took me two days and multiple attempts at procuring a hotel room for a week in ******************** , *********. I cant for the life of me remember having this much trouble and frustration. Your computer tech support company needs to overhaul your reservation system. ****** was finally able to complete my reservation for me after two frustrating days. Shes a credit to your company. 1 starI am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience with HotelPlanner.com. During the booking process, my husband spoke with a representative over the phone and at no point was he informed that we were dealing with a third-party company. We were under the clear impression that we were speaking directly with the hotel.Had we known that HotelPlanner.com was an intermediary, we would not have made the reservation through them. The lack of transparency and failure to disclose their third-party status during the call is misleading and deceptive.We are now seeking a full refund for our booking, as we feel misled and taken advantage of. I strongly urge others to be cautious, as HotelPlanner.com does not make it clear that they are not the hotel itself.I hope this issue can be resolved promptly, but our trust in the company has certainly been broken.HotelPlanner.com
