5 starsAfter an afternoon of making a reservation and canceling another, and then finding out that both reservations have been canceled I was tired of talking to a telephone menu and finally got through to a gentleman named *******. What a change in information when you talk to a regular person. This young man was exceptional and gave me all the information I needed. I finally have a reservation at the hotel that I wanted to. I am having heart surgery at **************** on April 7 and now I have a place to stay. Thank you *******.HotelPlanner.com
