      Very dissatisfied after arriving at the *********** and discovering I had paid $168+, through Expedia, for the same room I could have had for $86 directly from the hotel. I had checked for the phone number while we were driving and must have clicked on Expedia thinking I had the Crystal ***** number. I was told ( on the phone ) that they had one King room and one double so we took it immediately. Arriving at the hotel we find out they have several rooms available. Next time I will definitely be checking to see if it is Expedia and will not use them ever again.

      This company is a ****. They advertise and sell a refundable option and then don't honor that refund. They are impossible to get ahold of don't send reservation confirmations in time to get a refund. They use the name of a hotel chain in their advertising on ****** so you think you are making reservations with the actual hotel. I gave them 2 opportunities to fix it and they decided a credit for less than my original days reservation was fair. Steer clear book with the hotel directly

      This is hand down the worst experience I have ever had. I called to book 2 rooms in *************, one refundable and one not. They made one refundable and one "refund protected", which is not the same. Additionally I called to book a different reservation in ***** MA for a month later and they booked it again in **********. I asked for a refund and instead received a voucher, which is not the same. I asked to escalate this and was told they would get back to me, which never happened. Additionally, I left a ****** review and a ******* ********* reached out to me. I explained the situation and was told they would get back to me, again they did not. This feels like a scam because I am getting rooms I didn't ask, paying extra for cancellation flexibility which I didn't get and received vouchers instead of refunds. I hope someone will stop them from taking other people's money.

      Emmanuel was great !! Very courteous, friendly, understanding and patient. He was booking our room but we had too many questions and unfortunately the room was reserved by another person. But Emmanuel found us another immediately!! Truly WOW his customers!! Ty Emmanuel
