Spoke to Agent and asked for two pet-friendly rooms. Agent said the only two rooms available were in another hotel (not the one I wanted) nearby and that they would book fast if I didn't hurry. I booked, then checked to verify rooms are pet-friendly but they were not. Called back to cancel, expecting a full refund (hopefully) since the reservation asked was for a pet-friendly room. Refund Customer Service was great but hard to understand.

1 star*********** ************************************************************************** Prepaid over the phone for a king room for two and a small Corgi. The pet fee of $20 was included in this transaction. The front desk charged us another $20. I DO NOT recommend this establishment.HotelPlanner.com

1 starFirst of all the Itenerary number I have does not agree with theletter/number they state I should have. Then I automatically get diconnected. When I try to contact the "New Reservation" number she transfers me to the other number and then the hamg process begins all over again.HotelPlanner.com

I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express in Wilson, NC. There were patches in the wall that weren’t repainted, the bathtub was flaking and mold in the drain which was dripping. There was someone else’s hair in the bathtub. If I could give this a minus 1 I wouldHotelPlanner.com
