1 starI am so glad to have received this as I recently had a call and had to disconnect due to terrible rude service. ***** was very condescending when trying to provide assistance. She did not take the time to hear nor understand my concerns and issues. As a manager of a large corporation myself I understand the importance of great customer and this employee failed to exemplify that. Even as I attempted to overlook her behavior. I asked for a supervisor and was even more surprised that she herself was hired as such. She was not helpful and yet rather rude and disrespectful. If she is in management I hope shes not providing this type of behavior to those she supervise. I was not able to receive any help and As a Hilton Honors member I was very displeased with her non assistance today!! ***** has to do better!!!!Review fromMary Lynn M

1 starI would give no stars if it would let me. He told me my taxes were ****** dollars!!! My price went from ****** to ****** with taxes and fees. First off he told me he gave me the military discount before he even knew my name!! I asked him how he did that and he said he gave the best deal before he knew me. I cannot even believe he was charging me ****** for taxes and fees. I ended the call and got on Priceline and I am paying ****** and with taxes and fees its ******. So guess what, he wasnt giving me the BEST price possible!!! Not a happy customer!!! Pretty mad about it actually!!!! ?????? totally trying to s**** me over!!!
