1 starI originally gave five stars, but came to realize the information given me was very scant and incorrect. A protection plan was ordered for me without me asking for it. A total of the fee charge was not giving me. I called to cancel the protection plan and found out that I was charged 142 or something like that for the room instead $132 which I was originally quoted. Then I was also told when I called back that they had already charged my card with this amount I always thought it wasn't charged to me got there. Very very dissatisfied with your customer service.
