      We got charged twice for our room. $180 from the reservation company and then $108. From the hotel. The hotel said they would refund but it never came through. I sent copy of the charges to the reservation company and they just said theyd investigate. Then never did anything. So Best Western is NOT the BEST

      Hugo did amazing. I was quite upset, (all the time knowing
      it was not his fault he is just doing his job) about the cancellation
      fee and he kept his cool, gave me plenty of time to process it.
      I am upset however with the industry, the process, and fee. It is
      rigged.
      On a side note. Horrible financial times we live in. I hope you vote
      the cabal out of office!

      This is a scam business. Do NOT use them!!! I was told my room was totally cancellable and refundable, which was the only reason I gave them a credit card payment. There is as never mentioned anything about insurance being part of the purchase. I tried to cancel within the first 6 hours and they are telling me no refund is approved!! They are liars!!!!!!!! Do not do business with them!!!! I will dispute through the credit card company!!!!
