5 stars***** did an outstanding job trying to find us two rooms when our first choice was booked a month out. He looked for better prices with good reviews until he found something we could live with. I appreciate his service and pleasant attitude. He was excellent!

1 starI am very upset. On 6/6/24, I paid and reserved a room at **********, within 10 minutes saw another hotel that I didn't see before and canceled that reservation at **********, within 10 minutes. I paid for another reservation at ******************************** through same website. I requested a refund immediately as soon as I clicked the link to cancel my reservation. They have cancelled my reservation at The Sahara, confirmation number dyjlj89d and itinerary number H8599114, but emailed me saying I cannot receive my refund of $437.95. The Sahara clearly shows that I can cancel my reservation free of charge before 6/22/24. I did contact a news station who then made contact with them. They have since reached out to me saying they will pay if I drop my dispute. ****** is helping me with that dispute concerning The Sahara. They never responded to ************************* Since reading the BBB reviews I became concerned and reached out to the second hotel I paid reservations for, ******************************** to confirm my reservation, confirmation number kmm3z1wk and itinerary number H8599205 and the front desk clerk confirmed over the phone and via email showing I don't have a reservation with them. Now I'm concerned about my paid reservation at ********************** since the desk clerk is showing I do not have a reservation. My dates of stay at the hotel are 6/26/24 - 6/30/24. I'm afraid that my money was stolen both times. It appears this hotelplanner.com is a scam and a fraud. I may be out $400.00 or $900.00 because they are giving me a hard time giving me a refund of $437.95 at The Sahara and I also paid $483.22 for **********************, in which there has not been a reservation placed on my behalf to Aliante by hotelplanner.com I am very upset that I have been a victim of a scammer twice. I wish I could upload attachments showing my claim.
