1 starMy room was rate increased about 30% versus booking with the hotel chain directly. And, this increases the taxes on this transaction. In short, using this site cost me about $230 extra. Will not use again.HotelPlanner.com

5 starsLauren did an amazing job helping me make a booking while we were driving, which we have never done before. She was very thorough and telling me what I needed to do once I got at the hotel. She also sent me directions in a text to make sure that I found the place since we were five hours away. When I got here, everything was ready. All I need to do is show my credit card. We are seniors and we appreciate her kindness and professionalism. Lauren is certainly an asset to your company and needs to be recognized as such. Lastly, we were very pleased with our accommodations at the super eight in Lafayette, Indiana. Will be coming back on our way going south. Thank you, Andy LHotelPlanner.com

5 starsThe place is fantastic and wish it was in my budget. However, the staff at the front desk was extremely gracious and helpful in assisting me with great accommodation. She did not have to take up the that she did, but she assisted me just the same. I hold her in the greatest of regards, her humanity and the willingness to help someone who was in **** distress.
