1 starShowed a competitive rate for hotel in ** so booked it, had taxes and fees of $126 that were not visible on a $186 hotel room with non refundable rate. Also had a cancellation policy auto tacked on for another $26. Buyer beware of what looked like a deal cost me more than $100 over other rates.Review fromJake J

5 starsCarolyn did an absolutely fantastic job. She was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and answered my questions appropriately. My previous 2 calls to customer service ended in being yelled at and hung up on when asked about a phone number to the hotel directly.
