      If I could give them no stars I would. Worst customer service Ive ever dealt with. We made a reservation (and we had to pay for it at the time we booked *** **** got to the hotel and they didnt have it. When we called they just kept putting us on hold and ended up waiting over 3 hours in the lobby and ended up having to book another room and pay for it ourselves. They were not helpful at all and just gave us a round around. Claimed there was no supervisor for us to talk to every time we called. 2 weeks later and the most they say they can do for us is give us a voucher for our own money. We were told we would get a full refund plus compensation. Wont use this company ever again
