1 starActually she wouldn't answer my question if she worked for Hilton directly or not. After the 4th attempt she finally admitted a private contractor. All I wanted was honesty before I gave my credit card number out then she abruptly hung up on me. Really bad customer service.Review fromDanette B

1 starYou were not honest with me while discussing this reservation. You told me you were at the hotel front desk and that I would be getting IHG rewards for my reservation. None of that was true and correct. Also, Im reading I was offered a refund protection and declined it, that is not true.
