1 starWorst experience ever with this company. Their customer service people can not do anything for you. They take the call and then send a typed message to another department. That department does not respond to anything. The prices charged are higher than booking direct with the hotel. They have so many hidden fees that are astronomically high, with no option to get out of them. There is NO refund policy no matter how far out you need to cancel prior. Regardless if the hotel allows cancelations up to the day before. They book hotels but are not open on weekends therefore nothing gets resolved or even a call back or email it's been 4 days and 3 phone calls to be told the other department will contact you by email. Now I'm stuck staying in a hotel I don't want, for inflated price or loose $479.Review fromPam K
