      Hotel was terrible, the room smelled, there was stains on the walls the bed. The shower was peeling none of the plugs would work. I could not stay in it. You people charged me ****** for that, and then the clerk had the gall to make me put a ***** deposit in case I damage anything. Your service and that hotel are a disgrace.

      Not happy at all. We just arrived at *********** and I was told our hotel had a pool and 2 doubles and 2 queens in our room. There is no pool and 2 beds in our room. My kids are not happy and neither am I.

      Says park and fly, parking is extra asked if included, yup Then on line room is 240.00 but charged 328. With no parking

      This company is completely sneaky about how they book your room. You ****** the hotel and their number pops up (it looks like its direct to specific hotel, but it isn't.) We wanted to call the hotel directly because we were in area affected by hurricane and wanted to ensure they had power etc. We booked a room and gave our credit card info to hold it....or so we thought. Instead, it was prepaid. They answer stating reservations. So you believe you have reached reservations at the hotel itself. When I asked questions about the specific property the gentleman spoke as though he was there and knew the answers. We ended up getting power back before we left for the hotel so I called them to see about cancelling. They claimed they had to email the manager and I got an email stated it was declined. I noticed in the email that it wasn't direct from the hotel so looked further into it and saw that I indeed booked with hotelplanner instead. I had to physically call them and ask what company they were. The hotel can't return our money since we went through third party and instead we had to take it up with them. We did and of course it was denied and they got to keep $147 instead of refunding it. The hotel worker was very nice in helping us, but it was with no luck as far as this company goes. The whole purpose of trying to book direct was because someone local would understand the chaos going on around us at that time. Also we had questions that could only be answered if you were local. The man from hotelplanner answered us as though he was and never stated that he wasn't. I even said do you guys have this or that there specific to local hotel. He answered with no indication that he truly had no clue. I simply feel this type of business is shady and misleading, and in this case cost the customer unnecessary money at a time when money was already becoming an issue for house/car repairs and lost food from outages. DO NO RECOMMEND Hotel Planner!!!!!

      Found on website the hotel I was looking for could not book on line called number on website think I was talking to Hilton garden in *********** WV the phone was answered as so booked and over chared by ****** dollars said I could use my Hilton rewards at hotel when checking in all a lie .****** told me that I had book with a third-party not hotel.pulled up website manger said that was not the hotel website.
