1 starthis has been the biggest nightmare I have ever encountered when booking a hotel stay. I will never book another without using the actual hotel app! this company not only commandeered the ****** search, but was able to do so by posing as the hotel, with a local phone number! I have been in contact with the hotel staff, which tells me the reservation looks to be through priceline, but no email or confirmation from priceline. The confirmation email that i did receive is very vague on where it came from, as is the web page that the links within take me to. I need to cancel my reservation due to a family emergency, and have been trying to do so since less than 24 hours after I originally made the reservation. i think it's a horrible thing to decieve the public in thinking they are working with ne company and giving the personal info to who knows who. awful. just awful. I don'r even know who hotel planner is and i am stuck in this mess!!!Review fromOla C
