5 starsVery curious and helpful in helping me book my reservation. My apologies for keeping him on the phone longer than his supervisor might have thought necessary. He did an amazing job and had great restraint not to be rude and cut me off like some people might. As a former customer service representative I understand the importance of moving along quickly between customers. But with today's economy the way it is if a person can sincerely help someone out I believe they should and I try to help most people I interact with
