This is a complaint against INFORMATION.COM LLC and other platforms under their control. I went online to find someone, when I got to the site, it said find this person for.99 cents, and I didnt authorize anything more, I called my bank and found out that they charged 29.99$ to my account, I didnt authorize it, and there .99 cents was also charged, which didnt help me in anyway, but then they went back to my information and charged my account 29.99$ without my permission, I am very very angry, and upset, and want something done and someone held accountable, and to make sure that they dont do this to anyone else! 03/25/2024 Documents with transaction information provided.I had bought this service as I was looking for information and public records, unfortunately it did cost money but it was said it was a minuscule amount of 0.99 cents. I had paid for it using PayPal and WEIRDLY ENOUGH I was charged 6.99 along with the 0.99, they make it near possible to cancel these subscriptions, and I would like to have it cancelled asap.I would like to press this Business into explaining why they did this and why they like to hide all of their ToS when you are about to buy a service from them as well as a refund, if you are able to achieve that.Business Response
