    Information.com refuses to remove my name from their website after I've provided webpage links and screenshots. They are now telling me there are multiple *********************** - there is only 1 in the **, and that is me. I want my name removed from Information.com immediately.

    Information.com keeps reposting my personal information after I request removal. They change my listed name from ******************* to ***********, and repost my person information Ive REPEATEDLY ASKED TO BE REMOVED. Once and for all - remove my name and personal information from your website, and do not repost my personal information under another variation of my name in the future. And this goes for Checkpeople and all your associated websites that spam peoples personal information, do not repost my information on any of your websites.

    I have purchased a a report but did not find what I was looking for as I am very dissatisfied with the service. I contacted them by email but after reading the complaints this may be the only way to get them to respond to me as I would like my account to be canceled effective immediately and a refund of $0.99 and the "pre-authorization" hold released/refunded back to me as well because I was very dissatisfied.

    Information.LLC is a scam company. They charged me service I did not place. And they set up my account using my email but never send me any purchase confirmation and account establish confirmation. Their login page is fake. You can only use their service once. Once they get you set up an account, you are no way to log back in they account you thought you set up. They used my information to turn on the auto payment of my PayPal account and turn on subscription service without my consent.

    I went onto the information.com site to see if could look up someone. It said it would cost .99 cents for a single report. I agreed to the one time .99 cent charge.     The date of the transaction was 5/6/24. I was charged by the business $30.99. The business committed to provide me with public records of people through a search. It proposed that this service would only charge me $0.99 as a subscription and Id like to be refunded and my debit card removed from its system if at all possible. I had not notified the business of this in case it tried to cut any contact with me. There are many instances of other people not being able to cancel this subscription.

    I, unfortunately, signed up for a subscription to Information.com this morning (April 15, 2024) and later found out that I can't cancel my subscription. I've emailed them about cancelling my subscription with no luck. I want my credit card to not be charged with any further payments and my subscription to be cancelled.

    This is a complaint against Information.com LLC , and other platforms under their control. The complaint pertains to the unauthorized dissemination of personal information and the failure to comply with a request for data removal.Below is a list of key points and evidence for your review:1. I contacted Information.com LLC sites to request the removal of my personal data from their databases and platforms due to concerns regarding online privacy and data security. Despite repeated attempts to communicate with their customer support team, I have not received any confirmation or action regarding the removal of my data.2. The continued accessibility of my personal information on PeopleConnect sites poses a significant risk to my privacy and security, potentially leading to identity theft, harassment, and other forms of exploitation.3. The automated verification process for data removal encounters obstacles due to outdated contact information provided by PeopleConnect and uncooperative representatives despite repeated email requests to remove my personal information, they ignore or send me links that do not work to resolve. I urge the Better Business Bureau to thoroughly investigate this matter and ensure that PeopleConnect adheres to privacy laws and regulations. Your intervention is crucial in protecting consumers' privacy rights.Thank you I have also attached a photo of my information on their website.
