    So i sign up on the I information tampa fl a month ago 07/05 , but i cancelled it in the same day too, and i thought it was done until yesterday they CHARGED me 6.99 and i emailed them and no one response, and i logged in my account on the website and i saw the "UNLIMITED RESERVE SEARCH AND PDF ACCESS BUNDLE" ??? What is that??? I thought i cancelled the subscription already and the stupid company charged me on something that i don't even know about it and i want a refund too, i need them to cancel whatever on my account because they charged me without my consent

    1/15/2024-6/15/2024 i was charged by I*Information.com for services i never received and they will not return my monies through these dates

    I used information.com to look up information on some people. When I gave them my information I was told I would be charged $0.99. However I was charged twice. One charge for the advertised $0.99 and then an additional $6.99. I immediately attempted to cancel my subscription which their website says can be done by going to their login page. I have spent the last 20 minutes trying to cancel the subscription and have not been able to do so. This subscription needs to be cancelled immediately and would greatly appreciate a refund of the $6.99 I was charged with out my consent.

    Fake Free Search These scammers offer FREE search service Then they offer the search for a onetime $.99 fee for initial search. Then they charge your card $29.99 without authorization. Additionally I'm unable to"sign in" as apparently I don't have an account. I just told paypal to stop paying them. I can't stop them otherwise.

    An hour ago I subscribed to Information.com that presented a "limited offer $0.99 for 7 days." I searched my own profile and found it was missing info and including false/misleading info. Within minutes I emailed Information.com to cancel -- expecting to be charged only the 0 99 fee. Instead, my bank account shows multiple pending charges by this firm: $28.9, $6.99, $1 (N. B. None as per the offer). This is a SCAM. I request an immediate REFUND OF ALL CHARGES EXCEPT FOR THE $0 99 OFFER. FYI: A quick search shows another consumer combining of the same.

    I discovered that this company was selling my private information - I live in ********** and am covered by the ***** I requested that they pull down my information and it still showing on their website. I expect them to immediately resolve this problem.
