    I utilized their website on 9/3 to purchase one report, advertised at $0.99. While checking out, I ensured that I did not begin a trial or subscription. Based on verbiage and information available I was lead to believe this was a one time ********* the check out progressed, I did see there were options to add on other features or subscribe and intentionally avoided/declined *********, I see that my account is registered for a subscription due to bill on the 8th. No specified amount or reason. This was not advised throughout the checkout process. Additionally, on the same day I made the purchase of $0.99 - I am noticing a pending charge in my bank account for *****. I dont know where this came from however, if you look in the image with transaction numbers - there are two transactions. One for $0.99 and one says 0 and pending. I do not know why Im receiving all these unauthorized charges. I emailed the company yesterday and have not received a response. Im aware that this is a quick turnaround but with the awareness of an additional unauthorized charge and another unauthorized charge in 5 days, I am not confident they will respond in a timely manner to assist in refunding me my ***** and cancelling whatever they have subscribed me to without my explicit permission and agreement.

    Please keep in mind that in order to view full reports, you must sign up for a trial or membership. It appears you signed up for our $1.00 trial period on 9/03/2024. This is a 5-day trial that was set to expire on 9/08, which would then automatically enroll you in a monthly membership for $29.99.     Please also note that the $29.99 transaction you saw after signing up for our trial was a pre-authorization hold. This transaction waives if the consumer requests to cancel before the end of the trial. Otherwise, the transaction is accepted as the first month of billing after the trial period expires.

    After reviewing your account, we see that it has already been cancelled as of 9/06/2024. Your cancellation confirmation number is S27K3-3AK7X. We see that the $29.99 transaction was also voided at that time. We have issued an additional refund of the $1.00 trial fee, meaning there are no additional charges remaining on your account and no further billing will occur.

    I used 1information for.99 to look up my friends name and they keep trying to add have taken.99 6.99 and ***** before I could catch it I want my money back and they delete me from their website

    I was looking up a person using public records and I agreed to pay $0.99 for a one time report. When I checked my card a few minutes later, I had been charged $29.99. I only wanted a one time report for $0.99. I would like my other $29.00 refunded and my personal information removed from their business.

    This company is posting fraudulent unauthorized charges to my checking account via my debit card. I suspect that the information was obtained when I filled out a form on their site during a query while attempting to remove my personal information from their databases. Once I realized that the intention was to charge me for this service, I canceled the transaction prior to submission. Subsequent to that cancellation, this company has posted three (3) debits via my debit card in the amount of $29.99.

    8/30/2024 I found my personal information on their website, including my current address. I am a survivor of domestic violence and need my information removed. However, their opt out options will not allow me to delete my information. I complete the form and it sends me through an endless loop, telling me to refine my search. After several hours of going through a process that should take 5 minutes I stopped which is what they want you to do. Legally the process is not suppose to be as difficult as they have made it. Have my current address puts me and my family in danger.

    I paid a $1.00 one time fee in May for this service and was subsequently charged $29.99 a month for the past 4 months. I never received an email regarding this subscription and the 5 day trial period and have been unable to cancel the subscription as I never made an account. I called to cancel and was told my name, zip code, email, and last 4 digits of my card number are not affiliated with an account so I was given no resolution to the problem. I have no way to cancel a subscription I didnt want to sign up for, and the subscription was not made clear. I never wanted nor agreed to this subscription. Therefore I would like it to be cancelled, whatever account affiliated with my card removed, and a refund of the 4 monthly payments of $29.99.
