    I I purchased a report for 99 cent this was supposed to be a one-time purchase it never said anything about a subscription. But this renews in 5 days they also charged me an additional $6.99 and ***** that I did not approve that also renews. The advertisement said 99 cent I did not consent to all these other charges on my card I tried to cancel the subscription but there is no way to cancel I emailed the email and I'm waiting a response I will call the number tomorrow that is listed. They should not tell people it's a one-time fee but also charging charges that they didn't ask authorization for. I would like to be refunded my 6.99 and ***** because I did not authorize those charges it was supposed to be a 99 cent charge that's all.

As a result, a pre-authorization hold of $29.99 was placed on your account at that time.

    After reviewing your account, it appears it has already been cancelled as of 11/11/2024 by our email support team. 

    Please rest assured that your account is cancelled. At the time of cancellation, the pre-authorization hold of $29.99 is voided. Please allow 3-5 business days for the hold to waive from your account. Additionally, your access to unlimited searches and reports will be available until 11/14/2024.

    I can see my information on the website. I clicked on "do not sell my information" filled out the forms provided only to be asked to refine the search by asking for more information and never showing me any possible matches. However when I search for my name and city in thier database it pops up right away. I would like my information removed from the site immediately.

    Ive contacted this business multiple times to remove my personal information from their web site, which is available publicly. They have still not removed it despite following their opt out instructions. My profile appears here - **********************************************************

    I purchased the trial version for $0.99; however, there is no where to cancel the subscription after you run a report. The report I ran had a birth date which was correct; however the age of said person was older and deceased which I know for a fact this is ********* can you advertise a person age and give them a report that said person is deceased and died in 2002. They are a scam. The individual was last seen July of this year!!Do not charge my card for anything more than the $0.99 trial.I am worried because I am not locked out of my account.

    I went on the information.com website and I placed a charge for 99 cents. In turn they secretly charged my card ***** without my authorization.

    Information.com is showing the wrong information for me and I dont want them having my information at all. I have followed the steps to have ****** remove me but they should not be allowed to show false information about a person.

    They told me they cancelled my subscription and then I got charged $30 randomly a few days later. They need to ****** all subscriptions and REFUND me all charges. Nothing I did was worth $30 and they cant scam people.

    After reviewing your account under the email address you provided, we can confirm that your account created on 9/16/2024 was cancelled and refunded due to a ****** dispute as of 9/18/2024. There are no further charges listed on this account.

    However, we located another account under your name that was created on 9/21/2024 and billed for our monthly subscription of $29.99 after the trial period expired. Please keep in mind that customers are automatically billed for the monthly subscription if they do not cancel during the trial period. Upon further investigation, it appears this account was also already refunded and cancelled due to a ****** dispute as of 9/27/2024.

    We can confirm that our email support team has received and responded to your concerns regarding the charges to your account. Please rest assured that both of these accounts are cancelled, meaning no further billing will occur.

    They would not let me log in with an anonymous account via *****. They advertised that it would let me login with *****. The only form of login that was allowed was ****** (after they obtained my PII), then was forced to a paywall.

    Beware Of Fake Free Search Services! These scammers claim to offer a FREE search, but then they sneak in a $.99 fee for the "initial search." After that, they charge your card $29.99 without your authorization. To make matters worse, I cant even sign in because it says I dont have an account! I had to contact ****** to block them, as there's no other way to stop the charges. Be careful out there!

    We would like to clarify that while the ability to search on our website is free, we do require a trial or membership to view the full report. Our trial is offered at the price of $0.99, which allows for unlimited searches and reports during that trial period. However, if the trial is not cancelled, the customer is automatically enrolled in our monthly membership for $29.99.

    After reviewing your account, it appears you signed up for our trial on 9/08/2024. Since you did not cancel, you were billed for our monthly membership of $29.99 on 9/13/2024.

    However, I see your account was already cancelled and refunded due to a ****** dispute. Your confirmation number is 5A38Q-Q2QJ6.

    We apologize you had difficulty logging in to your account. ********************** customers are sent a temporary password via the email address used to sign up in order to access their account. Please rest assured no further billing will occur as your account has been cancelled.

    I filed a previous case in which they claimed to have refunded me, but they did not. They billed me twice, and one of the ******** was refunded, but not the second one. As previously mentioned I DID NOT sign up for any subscription service with them or agree to billing and I am again requesting a refund of the $29.95. I have included the document from ****** showing that they did not refund the $29.95 but instead refunded the $29.99 they also falsely billed me. I am requesting a refund of the second fraudulent billing. Thank you.

    I am rejecting this response because: You guys are the one who initiated the payment,  then when I went ti dispute it, you fought to keep the payment. I have spoken to ****** several times and they have said that you need to refund it or reverse it. 

    Again I never signed up for any service other that the one for $0.99 which I paid and agreed to. I am asking that you refund the $29.95 that you withdrew from my account.
