      June 2022 I was awarded financial assistance to pay my rent from the R3 program of Hillsborough county. My landlord, Richmond property or hunters run LLC decided to participate with the R3 program however, I was served in eviction, even though the guidelines of the R3 program, states that a landlord will not evict a tenant if they have been approved for funding, and the landlord has been made aware of that. I attempted multiple times to make payments to my landlord, and they were rejected. Ive made payments to the courthouse to cover the fees that I owed even though I was approved for this financial funding. My landlord decided to still process the evictions, leaving me, and my son are out on the streets. What they have done is illegal. My eviction letter stated that I had to be out of my apartment by October 26, 2022. Between the month of June and October I have attempted to make payments and still have money for my rent sitting in the courthouse registry. Once again in September 2022 I was awarded funding again from the are three program. My landlord was made aware that the funding was coming through the R3 program itself. Another guidelines stated with the R3 program says that a landlord will put a tenant on a payment plan if the funding awarded to them does not cover the balance that is still owed to the landlord. My landlord never gave me the option however, I was awarded more than enough to cover all my expenses that were owed. I am a single mom with a five-year-old son who now has nowhere to go. *** lived on this property, for almost 3 years and for them to go against a government program, and still evict me is absurd. Ill have to live with an eviction on my credit for the next seven years, putting me in jeopardy of keeping a roof over me and my sons head due to the negligence of this property. I have so much proof that shows that this is wrong. I want justice to be served and I will not stop fighting this until it is served. I know my rights!

      In the early morning hours of Friday, 10/28/2022 our 2 cars were towed from our apartment complex parking lot. We discovered the cars were towed when we went out to go to work around 5:30am. So I called the tow company to see why our cars were towed and they disclosed to me that there was an email sent out in regards to a new ******************* system and he had received an email about it. So as I'm talking to the tow guy I check my email for an email from Fieldpointe Apartments. I now realize that this is something I need to bring to the rental complex. My husband and I visit the rental office to ask about the parking passes and let the property manager know we never received any email from him. He says well I sent it over and over again. I'm in total disbelief, if he sent me an email 5 times like he says...why isn't it in my email inbox,spam, or trash folders? My email is configured to receive emails from Fieldpointe, however I only received emails about an early closure, a online cooking event, breakfast with Xfinity and other random things but nothing in regards to parking. In fact the only time we received any email in regards to parking was when we demanded that he send it to us right then and there. Fast forward to early Saturday morning I witness at least 4 cars being towed and this is in the span of 1 hour. My point is I don't believe we are the only residents to not receive an email about the parking passes. This man is being dishonest and hurting the residents of this community. Prior to this towing issue he had everyone who lives here get a hang tag plus a sticker, which we have both and still we got towed. If you truly want people to be aware of a new policy, you make them aware of it and not sneakily have their cars towed away. Seeing this many cars get towed and speaking to other residents who also said that they did not receive an email we residents believe that there is some type of parking scam going on and fear that our cars will be towed again.

      This property management company does not respond to emergency maintenance orders via the rent cafe app, phone calls, emails, hand delivered letter and voicemails, my refrigerator and microwave is still not working, nor have i heard from anyone. Multiple attempts to reach someone at the property have failed. Its poor communication and a violation of the ************* statue, housing code
