      well it all started 12 months ago we moved into the apt. the office lady sure was very NICE at first when she was selling me on the property, we became tennants that's when the rude behavior from the office started. this office is on some kinda power trip *********************** is a Horrible Property manager and is costing this business 100,000s of thousands of dollars in lost rental income for this property. the Clear message from management is they don't care about anything. the "luxury" is complete bs. Never In my life have I been treated so rudely by a property manager and been in the rental business myself with my own rentals and worked for a commercial property investment firm. I would Have Fired this lady on the spot had she spoke to my tenants and treated them as such hung up on me multiple times. and blatantly refused to listen to me and just stated talking down to me as if im some scum of the earth.

      the date was 12/01/2023.my rent is $1680 a month.the business is committed to provide safety and security. i have people checking my door. trying to get in.after waiting for maintenance between the hours of 11am to 3pm, they never show up. i left. i came back. maintenance unauthorized broke in to my apartment. they broke my property to entry my apartment. i do not know what maintenance was doing in my apartment. there are days, i came home and found my door unlocked. they did not leave a list of what done. i demand to be present when maintenance is requested. i demand richman property management pay and replace my property. i have been bully, hollered or scream at. i was almost runover by the maintenance management while driving. the property manager is rude, a liar. i went in to the office to make a complain. i felt management ambush me. i have been follow by management. i am suffering from ptsd. management has not tried to resolve the problem.

      06/14/2022 Eviction erroneously submitted by company to my credit/rental history I became aware 11/27/2023 while in process of leasing a place to dwell.Attempted to resolve through apartment management. Meadowbrook Apartments dba Meadowbrook but they referred me to a collection agency called *********.I called ********* on 12/04/2023 and they declined assistance due to the matter not being in my name. The Eviction was filed and granted against another party that I do not know. Meadowbrook has been bought by another property manager so they claim to have no records.This matter has caused a severe and unfair delay in rental approval.I submitted the judgment that I obtained from the Justice of the Peace website regarding the eviction which also shows that I am not one of the Defendants in this matter and have nothing to do with it, however, my rental/credit history has been updated with the eviction in question.

      Moved into the apartment on 10/23/23 , AC has been broken since & its 11/27/23 , Ive put in request & even told the front office & all theyll say is they will send someone , no one ever came back down so I had too call again & they finally sent ************** said it was the compressor but yet still hasnt came back too fix ******* son has ********** told the front office , on top of this situation, I had a person that I used to be affiliated find out where im living (this ********** **** proceeded to come tamper with my door , too the point where my door dont even lock & I told them about that & offered to give them the police report but all she said was I can move apartments & that shed call me back (no one ever called back) & since then the door has gotten worse & I have younger children of my own here with me , last night 11/27/23 around 11pm my neighbors came knocking on my door asking if I drive a gray ******* thats my grandmas car) but I told them yes & they mentioned that someone was trying to break into it , got downstairs window busted , glass all over the seat , my grandma mail was thrown everywhere & it looked as if they were trying to hot wire her car .. also they are demanding be too pay rent but they havent fixed none of my issues or havent even made an effort , my AC has been broken since Ive been here , toilets & sinks clog up , its a lot of things that they are not on top of but they expect me too pay the *********** put a note on my door demanding it or eviction, also about that situation I told them my son had the flu & that I only have a certain amount & the office lady told me too just keep it until I get paid again then pay it all at one time .. we get too that day before & theyre saying theyve filed for eviction & that I now have too pay my regular rent on top of attorneys fees if I dont want too proceed & I just feel like its not fair .. especially when I wasnt even in there for a full 30 days 11/23/23 made a month here!

      I've been reporting my upstairs neighbor 2211-302 for a week now about the LOUD stomping, pounding, and running. I have went to knock on their door the first time, a man answered barely speaking English pointing at a 2 or 3 yr old behind him saying he can't control him RUNNING on the 3rd floor throughout the night. My elderly neighbor told me she hears it throughout the night as well like someone is killing another. My toddler is jumping up out her sleep at night crying about noise scared! Property managment have been informed said a the resident will receive a notice. NO NOISE HAS STOPPED. This has been the last 3 to 4 weeks continuing. Please Help!

      I have a complaint about the property manager *******. I have walked in numerous of times witnessing her either drinking or smelling like Marijuana in the office. On one occasion I walked in the office and address a complaint and she rudely dismissed it. I spoken to many resident and they all agreed she looks miserable. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. I believe the company should have someone come out to address this situation and many other residente would agree. I hope this can be resolved because I am definitely reconsidering renewing my lease.

      This is my second email as it is a complaint against the property manager *************************************. She keeps charging me late fees on my account and my account is in the negative. She is very rude and unprofessional when it comes to interacting with her tenants. I brought to her attention my account is negative on my end, which I have enclosed my evidence and she is carefree of the environment on the premises. I also brought to her attention a fight in front of my door and in the parking lot and her exact response to me was I just got back from vacation, I dont have time for that. She disregard my safety and my concerns to tell me that Im late in my rent. Im never late on my rent, my account is a negative balance. Whatever is showing in her end is not showing in my end. I dont owe any late fees as I paid extra to my account. There is a delay in payments received on my account. I can not get in contact with anyone to reverse the late fees.

      My lease at ********** Apartments, in *****, ** was supposed to end in the first week of September. I had purchased a new house and moved out of ********** on July 1st. I had stopped by the office on that day or a day or two prior and I was greeted by **** who I informed that I am moving out now and asked about my options for ending my lease. I was told since my lease ends in the first week of September, I will still be liable for 60 days worth of rent. I said okay and left the office, which if they can refer to their security footage they can see. since July 1st I have been no longer residing there. I was never asked to sign anything by **** and I was never asked to do anything outside of coming back when my ******************************************************************************* the keys. I randomly stopped by the ****** about a month later in early October as I forgot when my exact move out date was. I was met by the manager, *****, who told me this would be 60 days from whenever I signed the notice. I informed her I was never made aware of any notice when I met with **** who informed me to come back when my contract was up to turn in the keys and perform the inspection. ***** then apologized and asked me to "excuse ****" for her mistake as she is new to the job and she should have known better. I was forced to sign a 60 day notice then and I ended up paying an entire month extra through the first week of October for a mistake that was not mine and was due to the lack of training of their employee. I waited so long to write this complaint as I was afraid of repercussions and that my security deposit might be held back from me. I attempted calling Richman signature office at their phone number in ***** on Monday at about 1 pm, left a voice mai. I am requesting for someone higher ** in management to investigate this situation and refund me the extra month I was charged due to their employee misleading me and not having me sign a 60 day notice when I asked.

      I recently applied at this complex and have had nothing but a difficult time. The office manager will kick back my application for documents they did not ask for at the time of applying. Usually when this happens it is after the leasing office is closed for the day. When you call the office it is typically unavailable. If you call corporate office, there is only one customer service agent who answers the phone for all of their properties across the country. He refuses to put you in touch with management and only refers you back to the apt complex. Why answer the phone? He actually told me that the management stated there is not reason for anyone to be transferred to them, all questions can be answered by the apt complex.

I am deeply concerned about the way my application was processed and subsequently declined, as well as the lack of response from their office personnel despite my numerous attempts to contact them.Here are the key details for the application for ************* **** in ***********. 1. **Application Timeline:** I submitted my application for housing on July 10, 2023. After being placed on a waitlist, I received an offer and was conditionally approved for a place.2. **Conditional Approval:** The conditional approval required additional financial support, which I promptly arranged to fulfill.3. **Unexpected Decline:** My application was declined due to a high income value that supposedly exceeded their limit, a reason that contradicted the earlier conditional approval.4. **Communication Attempts:** Despite multiple attempts to contact the office and individuals involved in my application, I have not received any response from Richman Properties.I kindly request that the Better Business Bureau investigate this matter to ensure my application was processed correctly and fairly.
