    This company will not return phone calls. We have called daily for the last several weeks and no one every answers their phone. They are not licensed in ********** they market it. I verified they do no have a license in the **************** to sell pest control services.

    Initial service was set up, and annual service was paid for. The service was scheduled for a week out for pest control and termite inspection. The vendor never showed up. I have called 10 times over the past two weeks, and no one answers the phone. I have left numerous VM messages, and no one calls back. If this is truly a nationwide company they are a fraud. Seeking a full refund, but no one will answer the phones. This company is a total scam.

    I was quoted for termite control and a yearlong service to ensure termites were controlled. On the phone, I was told I would have the service completed within the week. My credit card was billed (5/8) and the technician missed the scheduled treatment day (5/11), as well as the back appointment day (5/12). If no one was going to come, I should have been informed. Now I missed two days of work, my termite problem has not been addressed, and have paid quite a lot of money for nothing at this point. On top of that, no one answers the phone when I call. I have called several times and emailed with no response at all. I would like the money refunded so that I can take care of the termite problem.

SO I CAME THEM MY BANK INFO. THEN SOMEONE CALL ME FO SCHEDULE THE **** BUT THEY CAME ME A DIFFERENT PRICE. SO I TOLD THEM TO CANCELLED THE SERVICE BECAUSE THAT WAS A HIGHER PRICE THEN WHAT WAS QUOTED TO ME. SO THEY SAID OKAY. I CALLED AND THEY SAID I WILL GET A REFUND WITHIN **** DAYS.     The company I never reported on the day of scheduled service, even though I was charged $1699.00. I have asked for a cancellation and refund but keep getting the same answer that someone will call me. This business is terrible, and needs to be investigated. I have been offered no recompense for our troubles and have no avenue to get my $1700 back.

    Company charged without providing services. We filed a complaint with you and our ******************** The credit card company agreed that the contract should be voided. I have called Rapid Pest on several occasions and only spoke to a customer agent twice about this. Now they have charged my credit card again, and we have never seen a technician. We just want to close the account.

    I contacted Rapid Pest Control on Monday, April 3, 2023, to come out and spray for ants and stink bugs. Set up an appointment for April 7, 2023. We received a call on April 5, 2023 from a different company saying that they were contacted by Rapid Pest Control to come out on Friday the 7th. His name was ***** and he had never heard of Rapid Pest Control, but they were going to pay him $200.00 to come out on the 7th to take care of our problems. We contacted Rapid Pest Control to see what was going on. At that time we were told they were a dispatch center. They would call local companies in our area to handle the issues. I was not told that when I contacted them on the 3rd. We tried to cancel, but were told that our contract had to go to a control center and we may have to pay a fee to cancel. We set a new date of Tuesday the 18th and we were told we would receive a call from Rapid Pest Control in our area 24 hrs. before with a time. We were told they would be in a Rapid Pest Control truck and uniform. We received no call nor did any truck show up today on the 18th. What is our next step? They said they had an A+ rating with BBB. I don't consider this company an A+. They've already charged our credit card and we would like that money refunded.

    I wrote to you the end of February and beginning of March. The company is Rapid Pest Control. They were contacted by BBB in March of this year. I received a letter from BBB that the dispute had been resolved. Company agreed to cancel our contract with them and to refund the $599.00 charged to our credit card. I also received a letter from our bank that the matter was resolved and my card was credited $599.00. This company has charged our credit card again on 6/19/23 for $199.00 and again on 6/20/23 charged our card another $199.00. I've contacted our bank and they agreed to put a hold on the payments and send them another letter. I was wondering if the BBB would contact them again and let me know what's going on.

    March 3rd $649 Paid for one year plan with ***************** to treat entire property inside and out.Then I was contacted by **** who refused to give me refund. They sent local pest service. Local company CC Pest told me they have scammed others as well recommended not to do business with Rapid Pest. They refused to let me speak to ***************** again!

    This ** took the money out of my ac**unt BEFORE the work was done. This occurred on 4/3/23. The work was supposed to be **mpleted on 4/6/2023. I **ntacted ***************** from Rapid Pest Control all day. He reassured me that the work would be **mpleted as agreed. The Company NEVER showed. I am out $1600.00.This is getting ridiculous. This is the se**nd time I've been scammed. I got the name off the internet. **** told me the **mpany serviced all 50 states. I had had a horrible experience with ***** and when **** told me he **uld do the inside and outside of my house and install a termite system -- I jumped on it. Termite activity does not appeal to me and I was frantic to get the work started...Yes, my bad. But shame on THEM.

    I did not refuse april6.  I called constantly (every 1 1/2 hrs- 2 hrs from 10 am on)  **** kept saying that the workers were going to be there that day.  By 5:00 when I called, I knew they were not coming.  If **** had been upfront about it, I could have gladly worked something out..he lied.  I am of the understanding that he HAD NO WORKERS that day due to internal company problems, yet he kept reassuring me they would be there.  I no longer trust this company.  I have instituted a refund through my bank.  Please authorize the return of my money.

This contractor has not been paid therefore he will not come back to service my home until he is paid!! No one from rapid has called or emailed me at all. I have been screwed and lied to by this company.  What do I do? I want my money back minus one service visit. That's it. I'm tired of this back and forth useless conversation.

    The technician originally assigned to this job called in sick. We always ask to allow up to 7 days for rescheduling. The job has since been rescheduled the same day therefore this issue has been resolved. Thank you
