Feb 1-2023 I paid Rapid Pest $539.00 for service for 1 year. They promised to also retreat if roaches came back. I received 1 treatment Feb. 8th after 2 weeks the pests came back they also promised to treat outside because they came from my neighbors. I have contacted them one time and they refused to come back until ***! Really I will be totally infested again by then I did 2 called they will not return my ****** I have had to buy my own ***** treatment and I cant afford to use another service.Business Response

The customer stated they wanted an additional service and we explained they have quarterly service which included 4 services per year. We also explained that if they wanted to use 1 of the 4 services early that is fine but it would count towards the 4 services. We await the customers response. Thank you

*********************** that is a lie they told me that if I saw bugs they would come back for a replay they told me they would come back when ever I needed them to spray there was never anything about only 4 treatments they are lieing I would have never got them to do this or give them that kind of money I have spoke to several company's that told me if you don't do a second spray about 3 weeks later the bugs will come back They were rude when I called and they I called back and they 3 times never returned my calls I would hate to know how many other people they have scamed....Business Response

I have a little more information when this started they said they would retreat if **** returned so when they refused I refused to pay last payment they threatened me with putting a lein on my home they told me on thing to get my money and now a whole different story I would have no problem with a return visit the pest service that they hired to spray my home tried to get a repeat voucher to re spray and they refused so they are not telling you the entire story just what they want you to know their representatives screamed at me and I had to tell them to stop screaming I am 74 and have never been treated so disrespectful....I don't want this to happen to anyone else I don't have money to hire another service and I feel they should have to give me my money backBusiness Response

How long are we going to go back and forth here I had to get someone else to get rid of the roaches I am completely dissatisfied with this company they lie to get you money and then change their rules after they recieve uour money zi want my money back plain and simple I am not going to go back and forth with them I am done sure hope they dont keep riping people off I was just the unlucky one ask any exterminator if roaches have to be treated 3 weeks after 1st treatment they completely lied to me so its up to if *** are going to let this company keep cheating and lying....*****************Business Response

The rapid pest control company out of ******* advertises nationwide service - they came to my business and provided a quote - took full payment then never showed up to do the service. No one answers the phone or emails. No service rendered! Lost revenue and still have the issue! I am rejecting this response because: ************ was given 27 days to get the job done- they were unreachable and the need was dire! Another company had to be called as you this company would not respond until this means was taken. A full refund is expected and necessary. My credit card company is also on this. Full refund is the only acceptable outcome here!

I had paid the company $699 to spray my daughter trailer and maintain the pest problem for 1 year. They have made 3 appointments to go to property but have not shown up for any of the dates. The technician tried reaching the customer multiple times using the phone number on file ************** but let us know they did not get in touch and voicemail box was full. on 3/9 the customer called back in and provided and second phone number of ************ and the technician has since been able to schedule with the customer properly. I am 79 yrs old and depend on Social Security. On 2.8.23 contacted for quote. I pd $599 on my debit for 1 year service. Tech was to contact us by noon next day. 2.9.23 their phones/computers were down, but I would receive a call on the 10th. 2.10.23 rec'd a call from ******************, saying Rapid Pest had contacted them to come out, but they were not a part of Rapid Control, so would only come out if contract w/Rapid was canceled. We called Rapid at ************ and asked to cancel, but were declined as we had "rec'd service". I called back on 2.14.23 and was told to reply to the email and request a cancellation, that they do not take verbal cancellation requests. We would like to cancel contract #****** & receive a refund of $599 asap. Thank you.Business Response

We apologize for any dissatisfaction you have experienced. We take the utmost care to ensure that every interaction with our customers meets their expectations. The customers initial appointment was rescheduled two days later with our local technician. The local technician let us know the customer was refusing service and not allowing them into their home for the initial service and wanted to cancel. Unfortunately the customers plan is non cancellable as it is a one year contract and the appointment for service was already scheduled as per section 1.4 of the agreement. Refusing service at the door does not establish a cancellation request nor a cancelled contract. Additionally, we have not received a cancellation request in writing from the customer, rather we did receive a confirmation from the customer agreeing to the terms of service, which is attached for your convenience. We are looking forward to settling this complaint and having the customer serviced at their earliest convenience. Thank you
