    Contract number ****** was cancelled on 14 April 2023. I was recently charged $ ****** on June 16 and June 19 2023( Total $ ******) for the quarterly fee on a contract that was cancelled.

    This is a pest control company, and I was told services were a one-time charge for the entire year; however, no services have been rendered. I have made several attempts to get my money back, but the company will not return my call and has charged me a second time (599 for the first charge and 199-second amount). I keep getting routed through the answering service and voicemails.

    I'm was looking for services but decided to go with a more reputable company. Now I see why. I am a ************* Army veteran and for 2 weeks I have been getting fraudulent payments coming from my account. I never signed for your service I called multiple times for you to return my money and you take more. I'm taking you to court and so is my bank. I know I am not the only one from all the horrible reviews I have seen. I don't even know why they let companies like this operate if you hurt vets. You Guys **** at everything. I see a pattern and I already reported you to the *** my bank is pursing charges I hope your bankrupt by the end of the year. 1st fraudulent charge 6/19/23 2nd fraudulent charge 6/21/23.

    Rapid Pest Control was hired to get rid of ants in our house. I paid for an entire year and scheduled a service. The technician never showed up and had canceled without notification. After having to contact to find out why no one shows up they scheduled another technician. They came out and sprayed but the ant problem persisted. I called again to get another treatment but could not get ahold of anyone. I then emailed twice demanding a technician or refund. They finally send out another technician who sprayed but did not eliminate the issue. I contacted via phone and email again but did not get a response after which I asked for a refund but still no response. I disputed the charges with my credit card company and wine the dispute. I now have a pending charge of ****** for July 16th for services that I do not want but have not received a response. These charges will again be disputed and a cease payment has been issued to this company.

    This company states on it's website to pay $1.00 to secure an appt for a free inspection for bed bugs. The next day on June 7th, 2023, I get a text message stating "well be there in the next 1-2 days" I called the company, and spoke to someone who said the inspection was free and the treatment, if they found bedbugs, the treatment was going to be $1800+, but I didn't have to do the treatment if I choose not to. The call dropped, no one called me back, and the appointment was not secured. I replied to the text message and said we hadn't set an appointment. I got no response. I ended up staying home that day, just in case they showed up. No one called, no one showed up. No video record on my cameras that anyone was near my house those days. I got a text message on 6/15/2023, from my credit card company notifying me of a charge from this company for $1800+. I immediately called my credit card and the charged were showing as pending, do they could not do anything yet. I since then called Rapid Pest control on 6/15, and 6/16 a total of 4 times asking to speak to someone to solve my issue and give me my money back. No one calls back. The operators don't know what else to do. They are trained to just send them a message. I asked for their office address to just shop up if I need too, but they are in ********** and I'm in **************. If they ask for my zip code and offer an appointment, shouldn't they have a local office? I don't know what else to do. This is terrible service (that I actually never received) and now my money is on hold over the weekend because they never called me back.

    On June 3,2023 I called to request information about pest control service for my home. I spoke to an **** that told me about the $1 promotion they had and thereafter my monthly amount would be $59. I clearly asked if it was monthly and he said YES several times. He scheduled my initial service date for two days later so on June 5. I took that morning off work and waited- nobody ever showed. I made several calls to the company to get answers why they didnt show but was told by the person who answered that she was just a receptionist and would forward my messages. Still the next two days after I made more calls and never got a return call. One time i even got hung up on. So my credit card was charged the $1 which I contacted my bank to dispute and it was credited back. Its now June 15th and my credit card was charged $199. For What??? Never once have I been contacted and no services were ever rendered. This is a fraud company and I want a full refund!

    I recently established a new service agreement with this organization. I had initial services scheduled for 6/7/2023 reference ID **********. No technician showed up on that date and despite numerous attempts to contact the organization regarding the missed appointment, I have not had any successful communication other than leaving messages with their answering service (the phone number listed on their website. Today they attempted to charge my account $199, which is in no way outlined in any email correspondence I have regarding my initial appointment scheduled. I have attempted to have my address and account removed from their database but yet have had no confirmation. I do not want to do business with this organization and highly discourage anyone seeking their services.

    I hired a company called Rapid**** to service my home for pest services on March 1st, 2023. They actually billed my Chase credit card on February 1st, 2023 for $699.00. On March 1st they did not show up. I tried multiple times to reach them through phone and email but I never heard from anyone. On March 2nd, a company called 120 **** Services showed up at my home, but they were unable to perform all of the same services that Rapid**** promised me. I again tried to contact them through email and phone for several days, but I never heard from anyone. I then decided to dispute the CC transaction with ***** on March 3rd because I was not getting any good feelings about this company. Within hours on March 3rd, the manager of Rapid**** called me and apologized for the horrible customer service and promised me they would make it right as well as throw in several complimentary items like free bait box food for a year. He told me it was an $800 value. So I decided to give them another shot. I explained to him at that time that I had already disputed the charge with my CC company but I would contact ***** and tell them to reverse the dispute. He said that would be fine and he would send someone out the following Monday. I called ***** and talked to a representative who informed me that the dispute would be cancelled and should not be an issue. The next week I never heard from Rapid****. I left several voicemails and sent emails but nothing. I went out of town for a week around March *****. When I returned I still had not heard from anyone. On March 30th, I finally talked to a manager at Rapid**** named *********************. He informed me that the money had been taken out of their account and they would not be sending anyone out to my home until the $699 had been returned. I still have not been able to get in touch with anyone at Rapid****. I have sent several emails and left 4-6 messages with someone who took my info and said they would have someone call me. I have not heard back.

    We paid for service on 4/19 with appointment scheduled for 4/24. Service tech no show, no call. I spoke with someone that day & made arrangements for another tech to come. That tech showed up & thought we would be paying him for service. After explaining I had already paid Rapid Pest, he said he wouldn't take job because Rapid pest did not tell him that. After calling multiple times, on 5/5/23 **** said they would to send someone else out & would call with info. Never had any return calls, after calling multiple times again, we just requested a refund as it had been 2 months with no service after paying. Was told on 5/15/23 would be sending refund to back to bank. On 5/25/23 after calling multiple times again, finally spoke to ***** & was told refund would be mailed. As of 6/1/23 still have not received refund.

    I have still not received a refund. I have attempted to call back numerous times, left messages with answering service on 6/21/23 & 6/22/23. Spoke with ***** at the office on 6/22/23, was told she would have supervisor call back. On 6/23/2023 I left message with ******* at answering service. I spoke with *** at office and was supposed to have supervisor call me back. Nobody has ever called back & the 2 times I got to talk with someone in the office, was from me calling repeatedly

    I contact Rapid Pest Control In March to exterminate for bed bugs I paid $1000.00 they took the money out of my checking account on 03/31/2023 and I did not hear from them I called many times and got the run around I reported them to the BBB hear in ********* an the Attorney General ****** got a respond. ********************** of the Attorney General is reaching out to them again and advised me to contact ******* BBB. I checked the company and they do not treat for Bed bugs out of the list they have of what they do. I look them up after and they have taken money from a lot of people. I should have looked them up before I paid them. I hope you can help me get my money back I am a senior with low income. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE. have a Bless day.

    I am rejecting this response because  the company states they sent my $1000.00 back but I did not get it and it was not a misunderstanding they know they did not do the job they just took my money which they can mail it to me cahier check they got all my info. The company never took my call just gave e the run around.
