    This company and its employees are the best ! I'm 67 yrs old and can say I've never been so pleased with a pest control company. ***** and ****** came the same day for treatment. The office called the next day to check on my service. Truly an awesome bunch with excellent results in my treatment. Thank you

    5/6/2023: stay away. Bait & switch con. ****** W shows up saying neighbor cancelled her job, truck is loaded w chemicals and mngr told him don't come back until truck is empty; hard sell tactic. & after 3 guys: **************, *************** what was done was shoddy & incomplete. ************** said ****** was coming 8pm 5/5/23. Magically, ******* shows up 15 min later & spends 2 minutes. We text ************** & suddenly spvsr, **** shows up. Few min later, ****** shows up. It was lies lies lies after that. ****** said ******* was not trustworthy & **** acknowledged inside was hardly touched by *******. Next thing ********************* said they would service exterior themselves....which now is doubtful since ****** (5/6/23 915am) said ************* W are sales ppl; not techs. So what product they applied? Hokey. Realizing lies & fake promises from ************** & not even 12 hours since the hard sell. Red flags. This AM 5/6/2023 trying to rectify, got the run-around...they politely confuse & gaslight. ****** said no service was in notes for AM 5/6/23 & Tech ***** would NOT come bc he not scheduled. "A Tech can come Monday AM ?/23". We said, Nevermind, this is bait & switch & we cancel. ******: We cannot give you a refund if you cancel. I said this is not even close to what was promised: they did not finish; they promised ***** would come 8am 5/6/23. ****** says that is not in the notes. ********************* did not do what they promised; ****** said i will be charged for the service that was never completed. ****** said she will remove AMEX cc info but no refund. Me: "no, there ** a refund for bait & switch; I will contact **************************** ** no charge for this deception & for extremely poor, *************** service by ******* & bc of so many contradictions, falsehoods; & not even 15 hours has passed." The disfunction, ************************** of this severity is deception. Supposedly we spoke w ***************** on phone 5/5/23 (owner per **************). These ppl are smooth-talking, hard-sell con artists.

    This company pulled a bait and switch on us. They sold us pest control solutions and told us that we were going to get a discounted rate. The salesperson told me that we needed to maintain the service for 4 months and then we could reevaluate the situation. Upon the new year, our HOA decided to add pest control for our development. I waited the 4 months, actually I waited longer, and then called to cancel. I was then told that it had to be 24 months. I told the agent that I was only told 4, informed them that the sales person dropped the 2 from 24 and then stated that they were still going to charge me. The agent said "that's correct" so I again repeated and confirmed that it was on a recorded line and the agent again confirmed. They then asked if I had any proof that the agent said this and I said of course not, I do not record every conversation I have. The agent then confirmed that I wanted to cancel without assisting further.

    Same story as most of the others here. No mention of contract. The service is terrible and overpriced. You cancel and all of a sudden they tell you you signed a contract. After telling me the first treatment would be a little more expense, cause they used more product. Alex was the salesman who pushed the lie. Do not do business with these unethical people!
