1 starAbsolutely stay away from this company….door to door rep promises and says one thing and then you are back doored into a “contract cancellation” fee, after he stated you can cancel at any time! Again, it’s on me bc I did not look “at the fine print”, but who really does that w pest control. Just avoid them period in my opinion!Ecoshield Pest Solutions

1 starLIARS, SCAM ARTISTS, TERRIBLE. Avoid at all costs. Lied about rates, then didn't fulfill service and billed me 2x what they quoted me. I cancelled within 3 business days to avoid an "early termination" fee (which they never disclosed) and still want to collect.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

1 starThey have been to my house at least 5 times after 7 pm. I'm in a gated no soliciting community but they just don't stop showing up. They always name drop about all the neighbors that use the service but its a lie for the most part. I'm putting up a no trespassing sign and calling the local Sheriff if it happens again.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

1 starEchoShield Pest solutions has misrepresented there ability to delivery the product they promised . Things like wasps nest , spider web removal . When I mention several times to staff on the phone in writing and on site with the technician, that the nest remains were unsightly and that is not what I expected in service… thr technician said “ I’ve heard that complaint before. With that being said we decide to not use them any more for them not performing services as promised. Well they still want there money $ 211.00 or so and a signed us to collection . And yes they did pull the old. Your neighbor uses us. Reviews… lots of people unhappy. Solution. Not paying another dime , and cancel collections. Be Best as 1st Lady says. 1 starComplete scammers they show up on FaceTime talking to their buddys and spent a total of 3 minutes in my half acre property .because I guess that was good enough for them, then they asked me to wrotte a good review in exchange for extra Pest spray in my bathroom sinks. House now has worst bugs problem after they did the service then after you complain they have a *** center from Indian to ***l your phone none stop.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

1 starDo not do business with this company. "Ryan the bug guy" will show up at your door and promise you services to control pests. He will not do these services promised and when you try to contact him, he will ignore you. Not only did they not provide the services they said, whatever product they do use does not work. I have a bigger pest problem than I've ever had. I was stung by fire ants in my closet! When you ask the technician to do the services promised, they say, "I can't do that." This whole company is a fraud. I tried to cancel my services and they tried charging me $251.00. There are so many other companies to use - DO NOT do business with this company. I had to contact my HOA and warn them if this guy shows up in the neighborhood that the police should be called. I will be reporting them to Visa as well. They will report me to credit bureau if I don’t pay They used my credit card for auto pay without permission Service is NOT what was promised…. Need I go on? I signed up for the service and had to literally call Customer Service 5 times in 3 weeks to get them to come back. This feels like a scam.
