      My name is ***************************** and I requested a dispute provided everything they needed to receive money that wasnt my transaction back, they sent me a message saying they cant do anything about that so therefore my money is gone and Im not able to pay my bills. This is ridiculous and I tried contacting the dispute department

      Time to switch banks. Been with Suncoast since 1996 and it seems they have more control over my money then I do. I have several accounts with them and I do payroll and pay bills from all of these accounts and now they lower the transfer amount from one account to another account. So anything over a 1000.00 I cant send unless I call the bank to do it for me. I work 12 hours a day 5 days a week I don't have time to be on a phone to transfer my money to the right accounts. I understand security, but it's my damn money and they more controll then I do. It's ridiculous!

We have recently seen an increase in fraudulent activity with the use of cross-account transfers. To protect our members, we have temporarily decreased the daily transfer limit to $1,000 for online and mobile banking. We are actively working on implementing additional security measures as the safety and security of your money is a top priority for us. To complete a transfer over $1,000 please visit your local service center or call the Member Care Center at 1-800-999-5887.

      I had an issue with both of my Debit and Credit cards and a nice man named ***** on the customer service line fixed all of it within about 5 minutes.

      I have received a bill from Suncoast Credit Union demanding money from me about an insurance policy that I did not want or need. I am refusing to pay for something that is not needed and for that they have initiated a delinquint collection against me and closed down my account.I have moved out of the area for well over a year now and have no use for this third rank bank or whatever you want to call it. Threatening to cancel my credit access and reporting to a collection agency what a joke. My credit score is over 800 go ahead you idiots.

      I'm so sick of this I've had I've been trying to get my debit card work for 2 weeks what is up with this Bank I was on hold with somebody and they hung up on me then when I called back they're completely rude telling me how to what I can say and what I can't say I'm going to leave this bank because you guys **** if I could post a zero I have to give you one cuz if I could post a zero I would cuz the service that you have gave has been nothing but c*** you are the worst bank I've ever banked with

      They lost a vehicle after repossession & not willing to take responsibility even after all the fees have been paid plus a tow fee. Kept pointing fingers at everyone but themselves. Lost paperwork. Received all the money plus tow and no one is willing to help find this car or call back. Terrible bank. I truly hope people stop banking with this bank.

      My father in law died Thanksgiving 2021. August 2022 someone opened an account fraudulently. I contacted them and they assured me the account was closed and no one could access it. They asked for a death certificate, which I sent. Then the bank card and statements started coming. I called several times and so did my mother in law. I was assured it was closed again. As of December 19th another statement came. If this is how they handle fraudulent accounts Id hate to see how they handle real accounts.

      I had my account for 2 years building up time in the bank to buy a house. I go to pull money out only to find out they closed both my accounts and kept all the money in them claiming administrative fees. No warning communication. No reason why. I dont know about you but that is very shady. Then I call to find out what happened and they pretend to not know what happened. Very shady bank I hope EVERYONE smartens up and removes their money from these crooks quickly before they attack you next. I can only wonder why they attacked me and closed my account and stole my money! Looks like lots of 1 star reviews. Just a dumpster fire bank. Good luck staying open, PULL YOUR MONEY TODAY!!!!!!

      My account was hacked six months ago. I. Called the number on the back of the card and thought I was getting a investigated ,turns out some how my call got intersected and was talking six months to a fraud! And Suncoast is acting as if I'm the criminal ?? . They would not return my money to me, I have to go get a police report as if it my card was stolen, before they open a active fraud investigation! I'm broke my credit is ruined, because suncoast groups your accounts together so they had access to my card, savings and my credit card. I would never tell anyone to bank there!!!

      Sure this Credit Union has a one star rating and I have not been happy with them at times but in the end they are free for personal and small business and offer great rates on loans and credit cards. I hated the video tellers when they first came out but now find them to be faster than the physical tellers they had at the bank. I remember when they introduced a new website in 2015 and my mortgage application was missing and nobody would help. I called the CEO of the credit union and he called me back within 10 minutes to see how he could help. Then he handed me off to Larry who was the VP of commercial lending who took over my case and got my mortgage back on track. How many banks with 60 locations can you call and talk with the CEO directly in under 10 minutes? SUNCOAST CREDIT UNION THAT'S WHO!

      I forgot to mention that Suncoast Credit Union required members to live in Florida for 6 months prior to funding a loan at the time I applied. The CEO asked me questions about my online business and I personally believe he approved the loan. I put 25% down on the house but still.
