  I ordered ~$15k worth of cabinets from cabinets.com for a 13'x14' kitchen, a coffee bar, & a bathroom vanity. NB: As I write this review, admittedly I've not yet installed any of the cabinets, but I have received and inspected them. So I've been through the entire pre-sales & post-sales process.They assign you a designer and they provide you a 3D render of the kitchen for you to review for free. Others charge extra for renders. However their 3D rendering is limited. After first receiving some sample doors (both painted & stained), we didn't like any of their selection and chose to order our cabinets unfinished (no pain, no stain). The fact that they offer this option is fantastic, as it gives us the flexibility to choose our own color. But this comes with a few downsides: 1) Despite there being less labor on their end, the price is the same. 2) The 3D renders they provide you are only available in the colors you select for purchase. So we couldn't view other color options besides what they offer. 3) At the time of writing this review, you can't purchase unfinished 'frameless'. I'm told this is because the end-grain of the cabinet boxes requires a special finishing process that has to be done at the factory. Also, their vanity selections are limited. For example, they don't offer drawers that wrap around the sinks. So we had to compromise a bit.Our cabinets arrived within the 8-10 weeks estimated, which is awesome. Of the 20+ cabinets ordered, only one of them was damaged in shipping and a few doors arrived slightly warped. But the claims process has been very straight forward and new doors are on there way. The price vs build quality value ratio is very high. I've seen much lower quality cabinets sold at a higher price elsewhere.On the whole, my experience has been fantastic and I will certainly consider cabinets.com for future projects. I'm giving 4/5 stars simply because to get 5 I expect to have a bit more flexibility and options.

  Excellent quality for USA assembled all wood kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Sent dimensions to ***** in the design team. She quickly worked with me on the layout and helped me choose out of all the numerous styles and finishes, the best cabinets for my kitchen and bathroom. Significantly lower priced compared to box stores. Custom quality compared to rta imported cabinets.

  My husband and I are blown away by our new kitchen. The quality far surpassed our expectations based off of competitors that we visited and had quoted out. It was definitely a risky feeling purchasing cabinets online after not seeing a showroom. Luckily, my parents are both in the residential building industry and when reviewing what cabinets.com had to offer, we decided to order some samples of what we would like. Not only were the cabinet samples beautiful, they offered the wood color I could not find anywhere AND the exact style and highlight I wanted in my additional color Alabaster cabinet. The quality FAR surpassed all other competitors (local small business cabinet companies, *********** Lowes, etc.) When I wanted to proceed with cabinet inquiry I easily navigated through the website and submitted a request for a quote and this is where I met *****.Thankfully, from the very beginning of working with Cabinets.com we had an unbelievable experience. ************** elevated that experience. She made us completely comfortable despite doing everything virtually. She didn't miss a SINGLE accessorie needed for the cabinets and when I had requested changes she replied back within hours of reaching out. We never once spoke on the phone, yet everything was seamlessly done via email. We wound up hitting a great sale during the time we purchased as well which allowed us to buy even more cabinets that we originally couldn't afford elsewhere. In total, we saved over $20k from other competitors. The shipping was incredible. The packing slips and boxes were labeled so clearly that as boxes arrived I could position them in the room exactly where we needed. Out of over 43 boxes that arrived there was only 2 cabinets with minor damage. I believe both were due to shipping errors. ***** and *** with the service department quickly addressed my issues and priority ordered replacement parts. The customer service here is unbelievable. I will be telling everyone about my experience.

  We used Cabinets.com for our kitchen remodel in 2022. I chose Cabinets.com because it was the only online cabinet company I could find that had everything I was looking for since I needed some custom sizes in certain areas. ***************************** was the designer I worked with and did an awesome job helping me refine my vision for the kitchen and getting my order exactly right. We have been using our new kitchen for over a year now and I'm very satisfied with the cabinet quality and function. We love our new kitchen! Thank you, ******, for your help and expertise!

  The cabinets from Cabinets.com were rated first rate by my contractor who is a master ********* so I was very pleased with the product. But when a small split developed in the edge of one of the doors they proved how outstanding they are. Even though the problem was a small one and the cabinets had 3 years of normal wear the company choose to replace the door at no charge and free shipping. It is certainly a chance that an online company may have a sub-product or weak to nonexistent customer service but this company sells an outstanding product at a fair price and stands behind the quality.

  I bought cabinets in 2020 or 2021. I loved them then and they have held up tremendously well with 3 small children.But the customer service is out of this world great! They are STILL taking care of me in March 2024. When i screwed up a size on my initial order, they expedited a second order for me. When a couple of my shelf clips broke, they sent out a whole bag of clips free. The latest thing, my daughter threw a fit and kicked through a cabinet door, and thanks to ***** for taking care of me, she is replacing it for free!!! Im blown away and will never buy cabinets elsewhere. Competitive prices, great quality, the best customer service ive ever had!!!

  I found Cabinets.com doing a random online search for new cabinets for our kitchen about a year ago. Ordered a sample door and was pleased with the quality so I contacted them via email. I was assigned to designer *****. Cant say enough positive things about the experience. He was so professional, helpful, patient with my many changes and understanding of everything I wanted included in this new kitchen design.Any issues I had were handled immediately (there were very few). Everyone we dealt with was so attentive to our needs and even today, a year later, we broke a latch and when I emailed them about it, they sent a replacement right out!I highly recommend this company! In todays world there arent many companies that treat their customers the way this one does!!

  It was so easy to work with this seller. The designer ************ was great and so accommodating in making changes. I had an opportunity to talk with the customer service when I started the process of planning a bathroom remodel and they were very informative about the process. I am expecting my cabinets in March and am so excited.
