5 starsWe worked with *************************** from the very beginning of our project where she helped us design our new kitchen and bathroom layouts. She was very patient with us as we made dozens of changes throughout the process. Her expert advice was invaluable. Several times after reviewing an updated design, we'd find something we didn't expect only to find out we needed it based on our new design. She was super easy to work with, very friendly and always responded to our questions/updates in a timely manner. When the cabinets arrived, we found a few issues, but ******* worked with us to get them resolved quickly. We couldn't be happier with the look and quality of our new cabinets. They are a great value and we love that they are made right here in the ***!Cabinets.com

1 starPoor quality control. Delayed claim processing and shipment of replacement product. Once delivered replacement product is also damaged and unusable. Construction project now has been delayed for over a month. No sense of urgency minor delay or concern from this company. Highly encourage to shop local or avoid this company!!Cabinets.com

5 starsWorked wtih Jonna (Designer) and Tiffany * (Customer Service). We created our design in the tool on thier site, and Jonna brought the design to life and helped create our cart. The process was super easy. There was a slight miscommunication when ordering (frameless vs framed) and Tiffany from CS worked with us to refund the order and secure the discount we originally had for when the order was updated. I honestly can not thank Tiffany enough for all of the support she provided, and the amazing banter back and forth. Shes an amazing CS representative. Cant wait to update this when the cabinets are delivered! 10/10, 5 stars!Cabinets.com

5 starsMy experience with the company as a whole as been terrible. From the quality of products to the warranty program and lead times. However, I can not say this enough...... ***************************** is the savior for this company. She has gone above and beyond. ******'s knowledge of their products to creative solutions set her apart from the rest. ****** not only is knowledgeable but her professionalism, integrity, and her passion to help others makes her irreplaceable. 5 stars*************************** is an amazing kitchen designer - I had a complicated kitchen layout and had given up hope getting a layout with a good flow - and ******* had a visition that transformed my kitchen. We do flips and this is the 3rd kitchen we are ordering from cabinets.comCabinets.com

5 starsFirst off, I would like to mention cabinet.com Mfr representative "*******************************" she was the best. I gave her measurements with cabinets. ****** came back with fresh ideas and suggestions that made for a fantastic outcome. I have already recommended ****** to several others and my contractor loved the quality and ease of the installation and will use ******/Cabinets.com for future installs. I highly recommend ******/cabinets.comCabinets.com

5 starsMy entire experience with Cabinets.com was ??????????. *********************** was the designer I worked with and I couldnt have been more satisfied. He was quick to respond to questions and plan adjustments, very knowledgeable, and so kind during the entire process. He made the process enjoyable. I never felt like a burden with the numerous questions and adjustments I needed to make. Needless to say, service was above par and exceeded my expectations! I feel the price I paid for the cabinets was fair and reasonable. I loved the numerous cabinet style and color choices. The website was user friendly. I have not received my cabinets yet but I have no doubt they will exceed my expectations. I highly recommend this company!Cabinets.com
