    My experience with the design and customer service team has been fantastic so far. I just ordered my kitchen cabinets and last minute decided to add bathroom vanities to the order in my own, without a designer checking them over. My designer checked my order, noted my changes and contacted me about things that had been forgotten and would affect my satisfaction with the product. Though it was my oversight that was the mistake, **** made sure I have what I need when my cabinets arrive by emailing me, offering the same deal that ended the night before, and ensuring the two orders were combined through customer service. In addition, I had to call on MLK day to make a few final changes to my design before I ordered and **** knew my kitchen without having time to look it up. She knew who I was and what kitchen I was talking about, immediately. Though I havent received my cabinets yet and there are many more steps before I get them, the designers and customer service reps of this company are top notch!

    ******* and the Cabinets.com team knocked it out of the park! ******* was a dream to work with as we were designing the layout of the kitchen. She was both creative and patient with us. And the end result really shows that...not only are the cabinets beautiful, they were easy to install and have been incredibly functional for our family.

    I just ordered my cabinets so I can't comment on product as of yet, except to say that the sample doors I received were nice quality. ****** was great to work with during the layout and design phase of my kitchen renovation. She was patient with the initial layout and the many changes I made to it I made after that. She was very responsive by both phone and email. The review by ********** on 12/8 sounds like it was written about ******. I have the same praise for her.

    We are so grateful for the expertise, patience and beautiful selections with Cabinet.com. We worked with *************************** she was very knowledgeable and most importantly so patient. We went back and forth changing our minds on colors and design. She made us feel like no worries this happens its a big decision. We are so grateful. We looked for a couple of months reviewing cabinets by cost and product along with experienced customer satisfaction after usage and after the sale service with any concerns the may arise. After weighing our research we decided to purchase from Cabinets.com their quality to price and service won us over, ***** was so easy to work with which solidified our decision. We cant wait to see the cabinets in our new home!!

    I began working with designer ***************************** back in August. The process on my end came to a halt until this past week. When I recontacted ******, she picked up right where we left off. She asked all the right questions, she incorporated my requested changes, she responded so quickly to all my emails! I had waited until literally the final weekend of the Cyber Sale and ****** reached out to me on Sunday afternoon to finish my order to be sure I could get the sale price on my cabinets. I'm very pleased with her knowledge and expertise, her input, her efficiency, her attitude, and her work ethic! The renderings, 3D pictures, and 2D layouts were great. Looking forward to receiving my order. Thank you so much ******!

    These cabinets cost less than most big store cabinets but are still decent quality. They have great personal service including the design help and the customer service reps of ****** and *****. I liked the help with the final layout and all the 3D pictures and layout sent by email to view and print out. There were some small issues with some damage in shipping and they worked with me to get it resolved. I have no problem with recommending them to anyone. Our kitchen looks great!

    I've had a great experience with the customer support at Cabinets.com. I had two 'things' come up in my process; I missed ordering a cabinet and I had one delivered which was damaged. Both of these were handled quickly and with no fuss at all. Savion was my customer support contact and has been absolutely amazing. He was a huge help on the phone and has continuously kept in touch and followed thru. Great customer service!

    ******* with Cabinets.com was amazing. I am finishing up my FOURTH kitchen design with her, from the opposite coast mind you, and the communication has been unmatched. She thoughtfully worked with me, over a couple different revisions, and came up with a fabulous design AND color blend for an historic renovation as well as an apartment building I am renovating. The lead time was realistic and availability post delivery was exceptional. Things happen, for sure, but I can attest that this company is ON TOP OF IT! Beyond.

    This was the first time ever remodeling a kitchen and I didnt know what to expect. I tried several online companies and cabinets.com provides by far the best design. I thought I had a very clear idea of what I wanted, but even then, so many little questions came up and my designer always gave me the best advice. She never gave a no for an answer and worked with me to make countless changes. The kitchen cabinets arrived just as planned. A few doors were damaged through the moving process, but luckily just the doors. Better packing could have helped. However, customer service took care of everything and replacement doors arrived a couple of weeks later. Overall, I was very pleased with cabinets.com, they are very professional and the kitchen looks now much better than expected.
