  This was the first time planning a kitchen remodel. I was very anxious wondering if I could make all the decisions necessary. But Cabinets.com made it an extremely simple process!!! The 3-D virtual planner was so much fun because it is easy to use and enabled me to picture what my kitchen could look like, moving cabinets around, experimenting with different door styles, glass doors, opening and closing cabinet doors and more. But the most important part of making my dream kitchen was my free personal designer, *****. He gave me great advice. Half way through the planning I realized I had a closet in my kitchen that might work for a coffee bar. But I had ductwork in that closet. ***** said it was possible to reduce the depth of the cabinets! Wow! Perfect! In contrast I was also working with a company that sells ready to assemble cabinets. Not only did they have fewer types/ sizes of cabinets but they could not customize cabinets to meet my needs and wants. Thank you ***** and Cabinets.com!

  Ive used Cabinets.Com on multiple occasions. There designer ********************* makes my job easier and her design expertise shines bright. The quality of finish is excellent with many door styles. The current kitchen is coming out fabulous. I already have referred new customer to ********************. I look forward to working with ********************* on the next project. Thank you ***** for making me look good!!!

  The company and the staff are very professional.My kitchen designer, ***** was very good about following up with my concerns, and helping me with the details.The quality of the product is very good depending on your choice, but in all cases the process and professionalism came through.As a builder I depend on the companies I use, to do a good job on the details, and Cabinets.com made my job easier.I would use them again from ******************, I would recommend.There was only some small details that should have been better monitored, but not enough, to cause any problems, and they always tried to resolve those issues.I would love to show a picture, but there is no way to upload.

  I haven't received my cabinets yet so this review may change hopefully not . The process of designing and finally ordering the cabinets was made very easy with the help of the designed *****************************. She was very quick to respond to my many questions and pointed out all the potential issues with my design.

  I have two wonderful design experiences with **************** at Cabinets.com. One project completely wrapped and lived in for 3 years (kitchen). And a brand new project underway (bathroom).What I love most about cabinets.com: no middle man.Fantastic selection.They will tweak designs until it is just how you like.They do not refund but they replace until it is perfect.Sales!!!Solid wood Soft close is standard The list could go on.I will continue to be a loyal customer. I love supporting American businesses with superior quality and customer service.

  The company offered free services (designing a kitchen online and also working with a free designer). I was pleased with what we created and the overall cost of the cabinets compared with other retailers, so I placed my order. (They routinely run sales, FYI!) There was a long lead time, but the cabinets arrived fully assembled and seem quality compared to others I've looked at. There was minor cosmetic damage that I discovered when I unboxed them a few weeks after taking possession, and the company was great about sending out replacement parts to fix everything. There aren't installation instructions, and the sides of the cabinets are unfinished, but we were able to figure everything out. Overall, they look great and I wouldn't hesitate to order from Cabinets.com again!

  I spent just under $20,000 on kitchen cabinets and I was very pleased with their customer service. But the quality of the cabinets were subpar. I ended up returning about ten cabinets for poor workmanship, chipping paint and most of the cabinets and drawers i have right now are warped. Do not use this company!!!

  Ordered Shaker 1 cabinets in soft beige and they arrived in 9 weeks which was OK with our renovation schedule. They notified us in advance of the lead time. Very beautiful for the affordable price. Dovetail joints, maple, fully assembled, nicely painted, **** hardware. They run 30% sales often. The delivery company that delivered was to be desired but they just pick a 3rd party delivery *** in your area. Luckily everything was nicely packed and OK. Highly recommend.

  From start to finish with the ordering process, we have been more than satisfied with Cabinets.com. ******, our designer was wonderful even with last minute changes, and after discovering some damage to three of the cabinets, *******, our support staff, was prompt and efficient in taking care of the problems.
