  They advised us the order would take about 8 weeks and it was maybe delayed by a week. We opened the cabinets and found two cabinets were damaged by shipping and a few pieces of trim were less than desirable. We contacted the company and advised we could not wait another 8 weeks for replacement cabinets. They replaced the damaged cabinets and trim within a week and a half and had it delivered to our door. The cabinet quality is very good with quality plywood on the back of the cabinets. Our installer told us the cabinets were nice and nicely made, he had no issues installing them. He mentioned he would not install cheap cabinets from the box stores because they were not built well. All the molding was perfect and it really made the kitchen pop. The design people really did a great job and used all the space we had to include building an island.Now here is the kicker. The cabinets came will all the extras, just about all of them are pullout and all of them have quality hinges and soft close. With all that being said, the quality, special cabinets and great appearance they were about $3,000 less than HD's lower end cabinets. For the quality of these cabinets were were in the higher end HD cabinets for an additional $10,000.If you are going to spend over 20K on cabinets go to them. The products were so great we ordered bathroom cabinets as well and they came and are perfect.

  I have used cabinets.com for numerous kitchens over the past 3+ years and will continue to do so. My niche is custom-built cabinetry and fine woodworking, so I understand what quality in fabrication should look like. I stumbled upon cabinets.com while I was looking to purchase cabinets for my own home during COVID, it was literally the best stumble ever!! I was skeptical at first, how could such quality cabinets be so inexpensive and blow other big name competitors prices away, not to mention include all the fancy pull out trays, soft close features, etc... and delivered directly to my home...…? The service I received was hands down the best part of the experience. Jessica M, the designer that reached out to me is someone who made the entire process so simple. Her ideas and knowledge of just how to use the space wisely and efficiently is truly next level! I have personally dealt with her on every kitchen job since. She is someone I would consider a "kitchen design game changer" and throughout the years, many email chains, new kitchen design after new kitchen design , I now consider her a friend. To sum this up...Jessica and cabinets.com should be your first choice when looking for your dream kitchen!

  I ordered all new kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets. These cabinets are so well-made and they are beautiful! I was given a free designer to work with and she was such a great help. I am so blessed and grateful to have such a beautiful kitchen and bathroom. I would highly recommend this company.

  If you can wait weeks and weeks on end, give Cabinets.com a try. When I placed my order, I was promised that my cabinets would arrive between 6-8 weeks. I clarified that they would actually be delivered during this timeframe, not just produced, and was assured they would be delivered no later than 8 weeks after I placed my order. It has now been 8 weeks and my order has not even left the production warehouse. I was also promised that the cabinets would be made of plywood but have seen reviews that they were actually made of particle board. If that is the case I'll need to report this charge as fraud and purchase cabinets elsewhere.
  Just do yourself a favor and avoid the massive headache that is Cabinets.com.

  This is our second time ordering from Cabinets.com. I just placed my second order so the eye have not been delivered yet but my experience overall has been great. My Designer ***** was extremely quick and efficient sending me revised designs and specs to get the project going. He made the process feel fast and seamless as spending that much money can be a bit stressful. Would highly recommend cabinets.com

  This entire experience was first class! First, when it comes to making your house your home, theres something to be said for being a part of the design of your dream. Cabinets.com has created a free tool (and high quality), for you to be able to take the time you need, and play around with different layouts and plans, to visualize this important space on your home. And then, when you feel youve got it where you want it, they team you up with one of their designers, who then moves it into a higher level of design software and accuracy, and they button up all of the details, and provide you with amazing renderings of the project and your quote. We were partnered up with *********************, and she was amazing. She looked at our plans, had a couple conversations with **, made some recommendations, and lead ** through an amazing experience. After we locked down our kitchen design, we decided to completely change 1/2 of the kitchen, and she quickly made some adjustments for **, and presented us with a new plan, and renderings. I was concerned the products wouldnt handle shipping, and we were going to have to deal with subpar quality after the ************** are in ** & this was being shipped in December, sub-zero temperatures). We werent able to unpack every box upon delivery, and that concerned **, but their receiving instructions are very clear, and they back the quality of their product. We had a few items that had the smallest structural or cosmetic issue, and ***** connected me with ***** ***************** Specialist), and she went out of her way to make sure any issue was resolved. Cabinets.com gives you a custom cabinet design and quality, and invites you into the design process! I highly recommend, and have encouraged our contractor to become a partner with them, as they were also very impressed with the quality of the cabinets. Top notch hardware, real wood build, and custom built for your needs!!! Thank you ********************* & ************************************

  We worked with ***************************** as a designer and she was extremely patient with us, we started in January 2023, and decided against purchasing at that time. We shopped around and just put it on the back burner. In April we contacted her again and added and deleted items to our order several times, she handled each change professionally. Eventually we ordered and are now waiting for the cabinets to arrive, hopefully they are as good as the customer service.

  We had an Amazing experience working with our designer ********. She fully listened to every need we had and wanted for our new kitchen. She answered all of our questions, and created not only a beautiful design but a functional one. We are waiting the delivery of our cabinets, but our experience with ******** has given ** the confidence that when our kitchen is finished we will be extremely pleased and happy.

  We worked with designer ******, and she has been absolutely amazing to work with. Anytime I need anything, she responds promptly, I'm never waiting around for her. The cabinets are great quality and the company has been great to work with if things show up damaged. I will definitely be coming back for future needs.

  We are ordering two complete homes worth of kitchens, vanities, and wet bars. ****** has been a great partner in our design process. She was assigned to us a couple of days after we clicked "submit" in the online design tool. I wish I had submitted earlier. She is terribly well organized and prompt in her responses to our questions. She is very knowledgeable about Cabinets' offerings and product nuances. ****** is the type of rare person who will read your emails to the point where she asks for clarity in those cases where a small typo might change the design or a client's understanding. I'm looking forward to seeing the quality of our cabinets when they arrive, but at this point we have been psyched with ******'s service and the overall Cabinets.com experience.
