  We could not be happier with our Cabinets.com kitchen. A complete kitchen remodel can be a daunting process, especially as a diy project. The foundation of any great kitchen is its cabinets and how they fit together; sturdy, square, level, and plumb. Without superior layout and design, and well ****************, the project can be a nightmare. This is my second out to the studs kitchen project. The first had mediocre design work from a box store cabinet department. This time I researched excellent design, feature selections and craftsmanship. Cabinets.com came through for me.********************* was our dream designer and she did not let us down. From the beginning ***** asked all the right preplanning questions. We had several iterations of the basic design concept until we finalized our vision. Anomalies in the 50+ year old wall and ceiling structure accounted for some tough design issues. ***** was thorough, quick to turn around revisions, and both courteous and professional.All the cabinets arrived well packed and out of 12 cartons, one cabinet and one end panel had been damaged in shipment and were immediately reported then quickly replaced. The construction quality is excellent; from the materials and the square, solid construction of the boxes to the fit of the doors and drawers. The finish is beautiful and durable (still after 9 months)! After extensive plumbing and electrical work, the cabinets went together easily and fit perfectly. The value for this sizable and quality investment in our home was unbeatable.

  Thrilled with how easy it was to work with the designer (********************* was mine) and layout what ideas I had in my head. ***** knew exactly how to make adjustments where needed so that every inch was maximized for efficiency and visually looked stunning. The high quality of the cabinets combined with the design, and wonderful customer service (thank you team lead ******** for being awesome!) makes choosing Cabinets.com a no-brainer for your job.   We had a wonderful experience working with Jessica ****** who was our designer at Cabinets.com. Jessica was extremely responsive to all of our questions, listened to what we wanted to accomplish and demonstrated an incredible amount of creativity and knowledge in developing our kitchen design. We area waiting the delivery of our cabinets, but our experience with Jessica leaves us highly confident that we will be extremely happy with our new kitchen!

  We are 120% satisfied with our cabinets! Cabinets.com was so easy to work with. We got our samples really quickly, and *************************** incorporated all of my ideas into her design. Our cabinets arrived right in time and the delivery process was seamless. The quality of the cabinets is fantastic. We had one small issue with one of the cabinets which was resolved immediately. We will never use another company and have been recommending you to everyone.

  Cabinets.com is super easy and convenient and has so many options! We have worked with our designer *************************** for two homes so far and she is great and has designed beautiful kitchens and bathrooms! I would highly recommend!

  Order placed. ***** was great to work with and deal with our constant changes. The process was simple and we were pleased with the drawings/layouts that he created. Next step is receiving and installing our new kitchen. Will be back with more comments after that.

  At first everything seems fine I had no problem with waiting for two weeks for design aid but after the process of calling back for delivery was an issue. Im calling a business and would expect someone to name the business not say, whos this. All communication states what youre getting delivered but received a different type of cabinet and the only help you receive is a small discount to reorder the cabinets. There was No compassion, no help, no suggestions nothing. I saved for this for years and to look back it hurts I would not recommend purchasing from here. The cabinets are not the best quality, the shelves are on plastic clips and are cut crudely, the particleboard ends on the base cabinets are not properly put together, the nails and screws arent always aligned.Not the experience I was hoping for.

  Not hsppy with cabinets.com post sale experience. All wall cabinet doors, shelf and cabinet box were defective. Should have never left the factory. Now i have to get the installer back out to tske down snd replace the defective products. The crown mold was too large. They wouldnt let me exchange it for an appropriate sized crown. They are replacing the defective products but were reluctant to credit the reinstallation due to their defective products. I've lost time, money and aggregation.

  **** was so helpful throughout the whole process. He made multiple edits and made sure everything was correct with our measurements and finishes. Delivered the plans on time to take advantage of a savings promotion. Samples of the cabinets really helped select the correct finishes and are high quality. Can't wait to see them installed!
