    Company called TurboDex.Receiving multiple calls per day about my application. I have never filled out an application for this company. I have never visited the website. I have never spoken to one of their employees. I have never applied for debt relief to any company ever. I had never heard of them prior to these harassing phone calls. I have never been a client.

My experience was unprofessional, demeaning, and indicative of poor business practices.On December 24, 2024, I contacted Turbo Debt to inquire about a loan. Instead of receiving professional assistance, I was subjected to an interrogation about my personal philosophy for needing a loan. ***** was rude, condescending, and dismissive throughout the conversation, showing little interest in my financial qualifications or ability to repay the loan.His tone was aggressive, and he interrupted me repeatedly. He made patronizing and demoralizing remarks that implied my financial needs were a result of personal failure. Rather than providing solutions, he focused on irrelevant and intrusive questions, leaving me feeling disrespected and invalidated.Throughout the conversation, ***** interrupted me repeatedly and spoke in a tone that was unnecessarily aggressive. His remarks implied that my financial situation was a result of poor personal choices, which was both inaccurate and offensive. Rather than offering solutions, he seemed intent on highlighting problems in a way that was demeaning.The focus on personal philosophy rather than financial capability raises serious concerns about the companys priorities and approach to lending.This experience raises serious concerns about Turbo Debts customer service standards and ethical practices. Turbo Debt, LLC failed to meet this standard.I request BBB investigate Turbo Debts practices and hold them accountable for their treatment of me. Additionally, I urge the BBB to make this complaint public to warn others about the unprofessional behavior encountering with this company.Thank you for addressing this matter.     Rejection of Business Response and Demand for Further Action

    To Whom It May Concern,

    This message serves as a formal rejection of Turbo Debt, LLC's response to my complaint (ID *********. Their response is a generic, boilerplate statement that fails to address the specific issues raised in my complaint. It lacks any indication that they have taken concrete steps to investigate the unprofessional and demeaning behavior of their agent, *****.
    During my interaction with *****, it was explicitly stated that the conversation was being recorded for training and transparency purposes. Therefore, I demand to know the following:

    Confirmation of Review: Did Turbo Debt, LLC review the recording of my conversation with *****?

    Findings of the Review: If the recording was reviewed, what were the specific findings regarding ******* conduct?

    Disciplinary Action: What specific disciplinary or corrective actions will be taken to address ******* unprofessional behavior?

    I expect a public and written apology from Turbo Debt, LLC for the rude and condescending treatment I received from their agent. This apology is not only necessary to acknowledge the harm caused to me but also to inform the public about the company's commitment to ethical and respectful customer service.

    Furthermore, the fact that I was recently solicited for a loan by Turbo Debt's marketing company demonstrates a complete disregard for my complaint and a lack of genuine interest in resolving this issue. This action further undermines their claim of being committed to "maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer service."

    Without a thorough and transparent investigation, followed by appropriate corrective actions and a public apology, consumers remain at risk of experiencing similar unprofessional and demeaning treatment from Turbo Debt, LLC. This lack of accountability erodes trust in the company and raises serious concerns about its ethical practices.

    I urge the Better Business Bureau to press Turbo Debt, LLC for a detailed response that addresses these concerns and provides a concrete solution to prevent similar incidents in the future.

    While we do understand the frustration there is an escalation process which involves listening to the call. After doing so we will evaluation the proper action if there was any issue.     This company has called me multiple times a day. They use different numbers each time and are using a robot to call. I have zero debt and have never contacted them or any business like them for debt relief. I keep blocking the numbers and reporting them as spam. But nothing has helped this far.

    I filled out a form for what I thought was a loan company it happened to be a data farm which this company obviously buys from. After answering multiple times telling them I'm not interested they continue to call daily sometimes multiple times a day. All I want is for them to stop calling. I'm on the do not call list for a reason. It's obvious this company doesn't like to follow the law looking at former complaints it's the same thing repeatedly.

    This company keeps contacting me and I keep asking them not too. The most recent contact was 11/3/24 6:39PM central time! What company even bothers people on the weekends. I have no clue how they even obtained my information and I keep telling them to stop contacting me. They keep calling from different numbers that look like local numbers. It is the evening time and I am trying to spend it in peace with my family. The calls are relentless and they never ever stop. Please just make them stop.

After a few attempts it does seem that we have one call with the client however it does not seem that a request to be placed on the *** list was made.     I just started receiving calls from "Turbo Debt". Messages are being left that they are inquiring about my loan application. I have never filled out an application nor have I ever heard of this company prior to this. Based on all of the complaints I have seen here, I can tell you that their response to these complaints are BS. I have had my phone number for a long time, there is no way my number is actually been used on an application just like all of the other complaints on here. Everything tells me this is a scam which should not be tolerated. I want the calls to stop.

    After further investigation it looks like we have a form filled out online with a different name but the phone number and email matches the one on file. Unfortunately at times people do fill out form with the wrong information , for this reason we called a few times to confirm a the info  however we did not reach anyone until10/08 and afterwards placed the file on out DNC list due to it being a wrong number. After 10/08 no further contact was attempted.

    TurboDebt continues to reach out to me even after I told their sales *** I wasn't interested in their services and to remove me from all of their contact lists. They call multiple times per day using a spoofed local number that is different each time and its always a recorded message asking me to return their call to an 866 number.This is harassment and needs to stop.

    I keep getting calls from Turbo Debt LLC 5-6 times a day. It is always a number that looks local. ************ and ************. The first time I answered I could barely understand the person so I hung up. Now the calls are non-stop.

    This company constantly calls me, ***** times a day. I have repeatedly asked them to quit contacting me. I have no clue what turbo debt is nor do I need any service they provide.
